Amazing facilities and room with exceptional staff.

Pros: Amazing room and facilities. The gym was great and there are two pools. The staff are so kind and helpful, if you want a quiet place to escape to and one that feels luxurious then this place is excellent. You can walk to cafes and shops and order anything you need to reception.

Pros: Awesome new hotel complex! Super modern apartments and incredibly comfy bed! The pool area was really nice, and there is two pools, so in the morning one gets the sun, and in the afternoon the other gets the sun, so it was ideal! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Bali

Pros: Super friendly reception ,security and cleaning staff 😍 IMMACULATELY CLEAN #big mention to the cleaning staff who do fantastic work! Beautiful newly built property with huge self contained apartments.with strong Wi fi, plenty of storage,comfy queen size beds, rotating TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch area and has its own balcony with 2 seating areas. Also has a lovely gym and 2 large swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols located 1 at the front and 1 at the back if the property. Has cute freshly made coffee trailer in reception area. Has a lift. Big supermarket 5 minute walk around the corner

Cons: No toilet available at swimming pool at back of building so you have to go back up to your room.Maybe a clothes dryer to hang wet swimwear out on the balcony to dry. Road to supermarket(5 min walk) is very busy and narrow with no footpath for some part of it,so be careful.

Kiara Ocean Place was the perfect, safe, and welcoming home in Canggu — a true luxury facility.

Pros: The studio was modern, spacious, and super comfortable, with a brilliant bed, plenty of storage, and a functional kitchen. I loved sitting outside in the mornings with a coffee and enjoying the sunshine. The staff — especially Lisma, Adhi, and Vera — were outstanding, warm, and felt like family.

Cons: The gym is good but could use a squat rack, bench setup, or more functional equipment to make it even better. Some light construction nearby is noticeable, though it’s normal for Canggu at the moment. Otherwise, everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind.

Pros: Beautiful newly opened property with huge apartments and 2 swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers Very helpful and friendly staff. The male housekeeping team are so friendly and do a fantastic job of keeping the premises and Apartments spotlessly clean.

Cons: No visible toilet 🚻 at the swimming pool out the back of the building so you have to go back to your room instead

Pros: Awesome property, really new so the the place was super clean and aesthetically what you Would want for your stay here in Bali!! Would definitely recommend! And will be staying here again upon our return to Bali, all the staff were super helpful and always happy to help!

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: We stayed there for a week and really enjoyed it. The place feels quite new – everything is clean, neat, and tastefully minimal, which I personally love. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay, but I imagine it would also work well for a longer one. One big plus is the kitchen – since there’s no restaurant on site, it was super handy to be able to cook or warm up something ourselves. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and the room was cleaned really well during our stay. The beach is also just a short walk away, which was a bonus. Also worth mentioning – no bugs or unwanted creatures in the room in sight! No lizards in the toilet, no creepy crawlies in the corners. The only wildlife we spotted was a sneaky musang making its way along the hotel wall one night – very Bali, and kind of charming in its own way.

Cons: The location is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, it’s close to lots of restaurants, beach clubs, and shops, and it’s easy to get a taxi or order delivery. On the other hand, the traffic in the area can be pretty exhausting, and there aren’t really any pavements, which makes walking around a bit tricky. You can only really go for a walk along the beach – and even then, it’s just along the sand. But to be fair, that’s more of a Bali thing in general than an issue with the hotel itself. If I had one small suggestion, it would be great to have somewhere to hang and dry swimwear – but even without that, the room was really comfortable and we left with only good memories of our stay.

Pros: Absolutely new apartments, really close to the ocean (it took less than 1 minute to get to the beach). 100% worth of it’s price.

Perfect stay

Pros: I will definitely be back! Everything was perfect. The gym was really convenient, the apartment smelled amazing, and it was so quiet inside, no noise from motorbikes at all, which is rare in Bali. I had a super relaxing time

Pros: I had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and everything felt brand new. The staff told me they just opened in late March and recently started offering short-term stays. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back!
