Pros: I’ve stayed at the property multiple times and had such a wonderful experience each time. The property is strikingly modern and in an excellent location, which made everything easy and enjoyable. But the real highlight is the staff. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything at all. Their warmth and professionalism made the entire stay feel effortless. I highly recommend this for your next stay!

Beautiful new apartment style accom in the heart of Berawa

Pros: The team at Cruise were exceptionally friendly, and went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. They were accommodating with a late check in and late check out, and touched based throughout to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully designed, with ample space to settle in, with the property situated in a quiet street in a central location.

Pros: The stuff, the cleanliness and comfort. The location is great. Everything is great highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing all good.

A stylish and quiet spot in the heart of Canggu with a great rooftop to unwind.

Pros: The rooftop area was the highlight — really spacious with beautiful views and perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. Also loved the minimalist interior and overall cleanliness.

Awesome customer service, feels like home.

Pros: The studio room has all we needed for a 7-day stay, we made it our home. Looking back, it might cost slightly more than typical room, we really enjoyed the big area we got, a private albeit small pool which I learnt snorkelling on my own, and the kitchen with necessary crockeries and utensils. Would be good to include some metal chopsticks. There’s a lift if you are not staying on ground floor. The staff were really friendly and responsive to our requests. A group chat was created before we arrived in Bali, and housekeeping was done daily.

Cons: It’s a creative idea to have an open bathing area, but it might damage the cupboards when water seeped through. No solution for this.

Great location and friendly staff

Pros: Great place to stay! Location was the main highlight, it's super close to activities and restaurants. Place was tidy and clean, we had our towels changed everyday and our sheets changed once during our five night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Kitchen had all you could need and great big fridge. Bed was super comfortable as well.

Cons: While the place was clean I do think it would benefit from a deep clean to get all the grime out of the corners of the sinks. We were on the bottom floor so when we were in the villa the guests above us were super loud which was a bit annoying. Only other thing that was a bit strange was the showers behind the bed/in the bedroom, was fine and knew about it when we were booking but would be nice if the shower was in the bathroom for a bit of privacy and to stop the water getting everywhere as there's no door.

Great location, perfectly clean and comfortable bed.

Pros: Location is great, can easily walk to cafes and a wonderful massage place is just up the road.

Modern and stylish oasis in the heart of Berawa

Pros: This was such a lovely place to stay! We feel very lucky to have been the first guests in this brand new accommodation. It’s clean, modern and beautifully-styled. It couldn’t have been a better location for what we wanted from our trip to Berawa (delicious food spots, spas and great shopping close by).
