Would definitely consider staying here again!

Pros: Online reception checkin was really smooth and hassle free! The laundry service was pretty convenient, I dropped off my clothes in the morning and got them back by the afternoon The mezzanine was surprisingly spacious and cozy and smelled nice when i entered Wifi was stable and the hot water for showering was reliable

Pros: Highly recommended. We had no issues at all. The place is clean, centrally located, the staff is very friendly, and they resolve any questions or issues promptly. The place is spectacular. 100% recommended.

Great deal for a spacious mezzanine-style room in Jimbaran area!

Pros: The room was really good, and it was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious, clean, and cozy. Definitely a great deal for a short stay in Bali. The location is also perfect if you want be close to the airport, the seafood scene at Jimbaran beaches, Nusa Dua, and the local areas arround Jimbaran-Uluwatu intersection. All the staff from Cozia Living were also very friendly, communicative, and helpful.

Cons: Although the location of the property is great, by the time I was staying there, they had a lot of construction going on around the site (not for Cozia Living itself, as the building is complete and done, but for the buildings next to it). So the yard in front of the property (that you had to pass to enter Cozia) was not cemented yet. Unfortunately, lots of trash is scattered on that yard so the view isn't exactly pleasant. I also had an issue with the aircon in my room leaking on the second night, but Cozia staff addressed that by cleaning the room and calling the technician to fix it immediately - so it was much appreciated! One more thing that I could suggest for improvement: Cozia management team could check the drainage system as bad smell was coming from the bathroom shower drain. I know this isn't exactly this property's issue because I stayed in similar places like Cozia in Bali previously and they all had the same issue with the drain smell - so I believe this is related to the whole drainage/sewer system in Bali. But I thought that maybe Cozia could do something to prevent/block the smell to come through the drains. Overall, if it wasn't because of the uncemented yard and bad smell from the shower drain, I would've rated this place 10! Thanks.

Pros: L'apartament gran és increïble. Està molt nou, és gran, té TV amb Netflix, escriptori , taula, i l'aigua calenta de la dutxa funciona bé (encara que amb poca pressió). El llit és molt còmode i a més et proporcionen tovalloles grans i noves i també bullidora d'aigua.

Cons: - Hi ha un petit fogó però no és útil ja que no hi ha estris per cuinar. Em van dir que era per evitar que es cuini però llavors seria millor incoporar un microones o torradora, encara que fos compartit entre tots. - Hi havia culleres i plats però no hi havia res per netejar-los. Ho vaig demanar vàries vegades i al final, després de dos dies insistint, se'm va donar un sabó que estic bastant segura era detergent de rentar la roba i una esponja vella usada (i que no semblava usada per netejar coses de cuina) - Les dues vegades que van venir a netejar em van llençar coses. No eren coses de gran valor però eren útils durant el meu viatge i em va molestar bastant. Abans de llençar res haurien de preguntar! - Altres petites suggerències: un mirall de cos sencer o que la llum general es pogués apagar des del pis de dalt seria genial - Seria molt important que posessin un cartell ja que els conductors de Gojek i Grab mai trobaven la localització. Em van dir, però, que acabaven d'obrir i encara estaven introduint millores. Tot i això, la meva estada va ser genial i repetiria sens dubte - Una altra cosa és que l’últim dia no em va agradar que vinguessin a picar a la meva porta per preguntar-me expressament a quina hora marxaria ja que duia allà una setmana sencera i encara faltava més d’una hora pel checkout

Pros: Iseng coba2 cari property buat staycation dan ganti suasana. Dan beneran pas banget nemu penginapan yang baru opening, bersih, luas dan nyaman jadi tetep berasa heppy dan damai walau waktu itu stay sendirian 🥹🫶🏻 Nilai plus nya, karena ada mezzanine, kamar nya jadi berasa luas banget. Cocok banget sih buat pekerja remote kayak aku, atau buat traveler yang mau keluyuran area Bali selatan biar deket, apalagi ada laundry nya juga. Makasih banyak untuk pelayanannya ya 👍

Cons: Minusnya staycationku kurang lamaaa, wkwkwk. Kalo propertinya sih oke2 aja, aku bisa tidur dengan nyenyak walau sendirian di kamar yg luas, apalagi baru opening kan semuanya masih seger dan bersih. Seneng bgt pokoknya berasa nemu Hidden Gem

Pros: semuanya saya suka, pelayanannya good, kondisi kamarnya rapi dan bersih, yg terpenting kamar mandinya bersih.. jadi betah banget nginep di sini

A well suited apartment suitable for long and short stay. Strategic location for travel

Pros: Spacious and Cozy apartment. There's all the amenities to stay and relax. We have hot water for bathing and a stove for late night snacking in the room. Quiet and cosy place to stay and sleep in. Room is very clean too. Location is very strategic for traveling to watersports, beach and traveling around uluwatu. It is also only a 10 min drive to the airport so we didn't miss our flight here too. The staff is very accommodating to our needs. Staff is also very friendly and can speak good English to guide us to many good food.

Cons: Carpark is a little small only suitable for motorbike but they allow us to park nearby. The room is non smoking so we had to smoke outside of the room. Overall, still a good experience as it feels so comfortable staying here.

Luxurious, safe and clean stay

Pros: Excellent experience at Cozia. Room looks really good, very spacious and most importantly very clean. Location was good, WiFi was fast, no problems with hot water. Overall great stay here.
