Pros: The rooms were spacious and tmodern. It had all the amenities and more. The location was pretty good too. The beach is a 5-8 min walk. There were 2 large pools.
Cons: Nothing much to complain really.

Pros: Modern interior, fast internet, Netflix, Disney, great comfortable bed, full kitchen equipment. 3 bathrooms! Close waking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.

Absolutely amazing place
Pros: This is absolutely amazing place. The apartment is like stepping out of the pages of an interior design magazine. It's brand new, very stylish, functional and cozy. From the first minute you feel at home. There is a supermarket, restaurants and some other facilities nearby. It's about half an hour from airport by taxi.

Pros: Прекрасный апарт, свой бассейн, за счет того, что соседние апарты не сдаются еще пока, потому считайте что у вас свой бассейн 50 метров. Он закрыт от солнца и плаваешь какбудто в тропическом лесу. Персонал отзывчивый, на любую просьбу откликаются без вопросов. Сам комплекс расположен удобно до ближайших красивых пляжей 10 минут на такси. В общем за эти деньги вариант очень комфортный. Берите не пожалеете.

Пребывание оставило самые положительные эмоции)
Pros: Комфортные, просторные, чистые апартаменты. Уборка и смена белья по договоренности. Команда Kozystay всегда была на связи. Оперативно и качественно решали все вопросы. В комплексе мало людей, рай для интровертов. Пляжи, магазины, рестораны-все в пешей доступности.

Great value for money.
Pros: This was great value for money. It was excellent having separate bedrooms for the kids to sleep in. Having a private swimming pool was great! While we were there, a temple was being constructed opposite the hotel which looked like it was going to be amazing when done. Each room had good air conditioning. The hosts responded quickly to any matters we raised with them, but it was through WhatsApp and there is no reception to ask for things directly in person. The check out time was midday which meant we could take our time getting ready to leave. They had a water dispenser and two 20L jugs of water for it available, which actually proved an amazing inclusion to make the holiday less stressful. Lots of great restaurants in short walking distance, and plenty of massage options too.
Cons: Minor downsides only. The beach closest to the hotel is not a great beach and you should be prepared to travel a short bit to a better beach (or just use the pool). The bathroom sink plugs got stuck when used, but we when we advised the hotel of this on departing they mentioned that they would look into fixing it. I was unable to complete the refundable security deposit via electronic means despite multiple efforts (not sure if this was an error from my end, or the system not liking my bank card), which was slightly inconvenient, but this was resolved by paying it in cash when we arrived. The use of a hair drier that we took with us, and an Australia power outlet adapter, caused the power safety switch to flick off. This was easy to resolve once we knew where the switchboard was located. The tiles by the pool are very slippery when wet, and some tile edges are sharp, so just be careful when walking barefoot there. You do get mosquitos there, so I recommend you take insect repellant with you.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If only I could find it.
Pros: The accomodation is exceptional, maybe the nicest I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot, for business and leisure).
Cons: It’s literally impossible to find. This is one unit in a much bigger and very unfinished development. There is no signage whatsoever telling you the location of the unit. It would be so easy to fix this problem with an explanation in the listing (look for “Oakwood” signage). I told the staff but they didn’t understand the problem. Also, the walk from the main street to the property is a little unpleasant.
