Green Studio Apartment Seminyak

Loved it! Great spot to explore the city from!

Pros: Great location and nice apartment with working smart TV and a water cooler. Had basic necessities on point. Large fridge and well working airco, even a small communal pool that you can use to wash off after the beach. The manager was great, very helpful and willing to organize a scooter/be a chauffeur or even give surf classes! It’s close to the busy street and center so you can easily get around, and even walk to the beach if you’re up for a little walk :)

Cons: It was great but there were very few utensils and kitchen gear, so don’t expect to really be able to fully cook. Also good to know that there is no elevator for people who have trouble with walking or luggage (but easy to navigate stairs and the staff will happily help). Lastly, there are some loud roosters near the property for light sleepers, but nothing some earplugs didn’t fix!

Pros: I was very happy to be able to use a washing machine frequently, access to an iron and water was refilled as soon as I requested. Great location, and on site staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen small but great to have gas burners and an oven.

A good budget facility in a great location

Pros: The location was great - 100m off Jalan Raya Seminyak. It was quiet.

Cons: No net/sheer curtains for privacy so to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

I have stayed here several times and the location and facilities are hard to beat.

Pros: The things I appreciated the most have been: 1) the people Who helped us, Always smiling 2) the room 3) the quality/price

Pros: The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and very well located. The WiFi was very stable during my stay (1 week). A washing machine is included with a small drying rack outside your room. The aircon is very silent.

Cons: There are roosters constantly crowing nearby, but you learn to ignore it. They stop crowing at night and start early morning. The bed sheets had many stains, but it was very clean overall.

Oji IS THE MAN

Pros: Rooms were super clean and spacious! Oji was a total legend and helped me out with everything I needed, plus he's a mad cool dude 👊 He even let me leave my bags at the hotel until my flight at 9pm (checkout was 12) Would 100% recommend staying here if your solo, couple of family. And don't forget to chat with Oji and ask him if you need anything, dudes a legend 👊🔥

Cons: Nothing, had to leave 😞

Pros: Location is very good and in the heart of seminyak easy to get to other places if needed

Cons: Wifi dropped in and out

Great location, home away from home.

Pros: Great place to stay if you want to stay central to Legian and Seminyak. I’m here working/leisure and the room suits me well - smart TV for when l’m working, awesome WI-FI, and all the conveniences of a home with the kitchen and washing machine. Many great restaurants in walking distance too. Great staff, always checking in to see if you need anything, rooms are cleaned daily. Secluded pool upon entry to cool off when you get back from the beach!

Comfortable apartment

Pros: Really comfortable apartment, big bathroom, really nice bed. The pool is small and not private but it's nice. Staff is nice, close to everything.
