Convenient location, lovely indoor cooled entertainment area. The pool is perfect

Pros: It’s in a great location, convenient to Kayu Aya.. all the great restaurants and bars

Cons: No external lighting above the entry door. Makes it a bit daunting for a single woman trying to gain access to the property late at night. The kitchen facilities are very limited with only 2 gas hot plates a microwave would be an excellent addition

Brand new villa in great location.

Pros: It was exactly as shown in the pictures - virtually brand new. The rooms were spotless including the furniture and linen. Despite being down a little path between roads, the location was great, less than 100m walk from Eat Street and close to Circle K and massage.

Cons: Pool water was cloudy for the whole stay despite the pool being cleaned when we were there. Being very new there were a few things missing in the kitchen such as knives, bowls, oil, salt and pepper. No hot water in the kitchen and the hot water units in the bathroom only provide enough for one quick shower before running cold.

A great place at the perfect location

Pros: The villa was beautiful and in a very good location. The response from the owners was also very good. Everything else was quite great! We had a great time staying there too. So accessible to everything in Seminyak. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at !

Cons: Just the AC wasn't cooling as much as we would have liked during the day. Night was okay.
