Highly recommend!
Pros: I loved the property, the decor. Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely neighbourhood. Exceptionally good breakfast. The pool was clean. Above all it felt safe though the main door remains open 24/7. The most comfortable bed and pillow I have ever had besides my own bed. The view of the frangipani flowers and pool from my room was the best part. Loved my stay. I highly recommend to those who want to stay far from the chaos.
Cons: I would like to suggest one staff to stay at the property till midnight at least. There can be any emergency and the tourists are not familiar with the area.

Pros: Beautiful new property. Located in a quiet area yet not far from the action and the beach. Great amenities in the room. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool area. Also the food from Ducat cafe is very tasty.
Cons: We stayed in room 4, and unfortunately, there were exterior lights, which were affecting the darkness of the room at night. So if you are a sensitive sleeper or prefer to sleep in a dark room, that particular room is not a good choice. We have also booked a room with a bathtub, but there was none in our room as well as no hot water during our stay. Be prepared to pay cash. They do not accept cards or transfers, which was a bit inconvenient.

Perfect stay with quality breakfast and amenities
Pros: Amazing stay! High quality sheets and the bed is sooo comfy. Felt very safe and the breakfast everyday was 10/10 - the best we had during our whole trip. A very lovely stay and we’d definitely come back.
Cons: Lack of communication - we had no info on arrival. For example, we didn’t know we could have breakfast in the hotel until we left. You can communicate with the manager via WhatsApp thought if you need any help. Also the curtains were thin so you needed an eye mask!

absolutely perfect
Pros: I stayed here for 12 days and it was absolutely perfect. even better than the photos! The place is super comfortable, cosy, elegant, calm, spotless and brand new. I truly felt at home!!! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. And the Ducat Café serves such delicious food, another big plus! I even extended my stay twice because it was so comfortable. Highly recommended!

Я прочитала в отзывах что это новое здание, и да так и есть, пока все новое, красивое, нужно успевать приехать тут пожит
Pros: Я проживала 11 дней в номере 2 на 2 этаже. По приезде встречает собачка из полотенец с надписью welcome , что умиляет с первой секунды нахождения в номере. Номер небольшой, я жила одна и мне было достаточно места все разбросать и при этом не спотыкаться. Вдвоем наверное будет мало места для вещей. В номере огромная кровать, шкаф, прикроватные тумбы, большое зеркало и кресло. Телевизора нет, если для кого то это важно. Интернет работает отлично. В санузле душ, хорошие шампунь, бальзам и гель для душа, унитаз с доводчиком, мощный фен, зубной набор, пилочки, спонжи, ватные палочки, также есть лосьон для тела, полотенца разных размеров и пляжное. Бассейн небольшой, чистый.
Cons: Когда ночью заезжают соседи, слышно очень, даже как они друг с другом в номере разговаривают. До моря прямой дороги нет, рядом с Морабито арт виллой идет стройка и охрана говорит нужно обходить, но пройти можно через бичклаб или по границе со стройкой если быть посмелее. Я жила в декабре 2025 года, думаю скоро достроят и путь будет открыт.

Pros: L'hotel est à 2min en scooter du finn's, mais au calme avec bonne isolation acoustique. Le personnel est adorable et m'ont facilité le checkin les 2 fois où j'y suis venu. Le lit est super confortable!! Je recommande 100%

Ich möchte unbedingt wiederkommen.
Pros: Es war einfach wundervoll. Die Menschen, die sich um das Haus kümmern geben einem ein so gutes Gefühl. Man fühlt sich unheimlich willkommen und es ist eine Oase. Und das Frühstück war der wahnsinn.
