Pros: Near the beach, nice staff, clean swimming pool, near circle K and possible to rent bike at the place.
Cons: Internet could be better, they could have Frigo and TV at the room.

Good, basic cheap accommodation.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, air con efficient, and breakfast nice. Can’t ask for more in a budget hotel - good value. Garden and pool area well kept.
Cons: Bathroom a little outdated, but still functional

Pros: Loved the place. It is obvious they are trying to lift their standards and, in my mind, making a good attempt. We had breakfast and some dinners at the hotel. More than reasonable servings and wonderful tastes. Better than half the price elsewhere. The location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a comfortable walk. Turn left at the end of the street and a short walk to the beach. Turn right and you are walking through the myriad of shops. In summary, it is a great place to stay.
Cons: Maybe they could provide a kettle to make a cup of tea..

Peaceful Oasis in the middle of madness
Pros: Beautifully manicured courtyard garden, lovely eating areas, friendly staff, nice pool, restful environment. Ideal for more mature individuals who want to escape the madding crowd and just rest. A short walk to shops, restaurants etc. In fact, minimart is in front of the guest house. Happy to have met young Ngurah, who tends to the place, and have some time together finding accommodation for me at my next destination.
Cons: I booked an extra night. Mosquitoes are not worth complaining about
