Pros: The host were very responsive and prompt with my queries. Very cosy villa, value for money. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the villa plus our 1st family trip to Bali. The daily housekeeping keep the villa clean and tidy.

Cons: We realised the air-conditioning wasn't too cold for the 1st night for both rooms at upper floor. After giving our feedback to the host, they managed to rectified the issue. Job well done.
