Horrible housekeeper!

Pros: I like the overall concept of the villa and how near it is to go to places from the villa

Cons: The host / housekeeper were not as friendly as it should be especially in Indonesia, not very helpful too. Didn't respond to my text or calls, although the host told me that if we were to ask about something, we can just ask her and she will assist. Can't even accommodate us on simple questions like where the laundry is, where to get some stuff etc. The place did not provide iron too, and we had to buy ourselves. When we arrived, they provided us with the Spa and Massage pamphlets but on the day that we wanted to use that service, the housekeeper did not even reply to my text and didn't pick up the phone (but she's online on whatsapp, how rude!)

Pros: Clean and what you expect for villa pod style living

Cons: Stairs are a little scary, might be time to replace mattresses and fridges could be bigger not easy to buy and store food. Bathrooms need a good going over
