Good value for money & I would definitely return again

Pros: Quiet , close to cafes / beach /shops very clean , large comfortable bed & room & great friendly host . Aircon worked well & hot water in shower with shared kitchen & plunge pool .. Perfect for a single female traveller

Private,secluded but very central

Pros: It's private,would be a great place for a family or 3 couples, had the best bed mattress I have ever slept on in Asia, very good location, the owner Manic was great, he leaves you completely alone but is there if you need him.after a day out so nice to come home shut the entrance doors,relax with a nice swim in the pool,and then get ready to go out for dinner to the many restaurants in walking distance.

Pros: I was the only one there so was quiet from the busy road. Clean room. Good aircon.

Cons: Maybe a jug would’ve been good, and lids when cooking food so bugs to fly in. Kitchen could be a bit cleaner. Didn’t swim in the pool, small.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Spacious and comfortable room. I slept well. Good location, with a supermarket and atm 4 min away. The location on google maps was wrong but the owner sent me exact info on how to find it and it was easy. There’s a common space with sofa and drinkable water.

Cons: Bathroom needs a makeover. The shower temperature is hard to control - either boiling hot water or cold.

Great place, convenient location

Pros: Tucked off a busy street in a central location of Seminyak. Manik was there to greet us and check us in. Only 3 units. 2 by the pool and 1 upstairs above the common area. It was quiet and private. We had the upstairs unit. Room is very big, lots of closet space (in fact a separate closet area), and a huge bathroom with tub and double sinks. The ceiling fan was a nice addition as well. In addition to the common area below( kitchen, fridge, water refill, couch and TV), we had our own mini fridge in our room.

Cons: It’s slightly worn not brand new and it shows mostly in the bathroom.

Super séjour Manik est très avenant et discret la maison est vraiment top

Pros: Manik est très sympa et les chambres sont top , très bon emplacement à seminyak proche de tout 😁

Cons: Seul petit bémol mais bon nous sommes seminyak on est très proche d’un night-club club assez bruyant parfait pour faire la fête un peu moins pour se reposer. Encore une fois si on vient ici c’est pour faire la fête donc ça n’est pas vraiment dérangeant
