Very clean and quiet

Pros: Room was big and clean, AC worked super well, staff very very nice and breakfast was good too.

Pros: We lived on 2 floor, room 205 is room no dump and fresh, slightly worn towels but clean, deep pool, stylish interior. But what impressed me most was the staff, who were all responsive, very pleasant, and kind. When we checked in, our Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, but the guys did everything they could and fixed it within 20 minutes. 🙏🏼

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good price to quality ratio. Overall, we were happy during our short stay.

Cons: We had a challenge when we first arrived as the hotel was to be fogged. We were told after we paid, and we were asked to leave while this happened for safety for an hour or so at around dinner time. This wasn’t ideal as my partner had a headache after travelling and we were hoping to rest. We didn’t understand what fogging was and it wasn’t well explained, so we asked to cancel our booking because of the recent death in Bali from fogging poisoning. They wouldn’t allow us to cancel, but they did avoid fogging around our room. The whole exchange was uncomfortable and tense, the hotel staff was a bit angry with us trying to cancel. It left us worried about safety. I think better handling of it would be to let people know before they pay for the room, and maybe provide some information about what fogging is and why it is being done.

A little gem

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet area of Kuta but only 5 minutes walking from all the restaurants and the beach. The rooms are lovely, clean and super quiet. They provide a small bottle of water everyday but the hotel doesn't have a water dispenser. The pool is great and the staff so smiley and welcoming at any time of the day. They also offer free breakfast!

Cons: The shower is only partially separated from the rest of the bathroom. Not a big issue but would be nice if there was a curtain!

affordable stay

Pros: staff were super nice and let us check in early. room was clean. great value for money! good location - near all the shops and restaurants, also next to a launderette and motorcycle hire.

Cons: so many flies in the room - staff did give us bug spray but they kept coming in. also had a cockroach in the bathroom (probably to do with the weather?).

Pros: Great spot. Clean room with toiletries cold aircon and great staff. Breakfast minimal which is good in a way

Pros: Big, clean and comfortable room. Everyday cleaning the room. Every day clean towel,good air condition and good size clean swimming pool. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Would definitely stay again, safe for solo travelers

Pros: Lovely place and lovely staff, spacious, clean room with working AC. Yummy breakfast with several options to choose from. Close to the center of Kuta and the beach but far enough to have peace and quiet ☺️

Pros: The property is very secluded and quiet. The rooms all face onto the pool.

Cons: Breakfast is very basic, though to be fair most hotels in this price category do not offer breakfast. There is no water refill station - when I asked one of the staff refilled my water bottle from a staff dispenser in the kitchen but it would be so much better for the environment if the hotel provided a water refill station rather than trying to sell bottled water.
