Relaxing and the perfect place to go for a holiday in Kuta

Pros: Very close to everything, there is a big shopping centre right across the road. The staff are all wonderful and will go above and beyond to help you out. Restaurant is open late and makes great food

Friendly staff and spacious room

Pros: We had a good time staying at the hotel with friendly staff and reception, room is spacious and it’s very close to the airport. Recommend in general.

Cons: The amenities at this hotel are good, but it would be perfect with hair conditioner in the bathroom.

We would definitely come back again

Pros: The staffs are all very friendly, we had pick up service from the airport to the hotel save us a lot of hassle and the welcome drink are amazing, dinner from the restaurant are yummy as well with reasonable price, the Spa is clean and professional, everything from the hotel are very satisfying.

Cons: The facility is a little bit outdated but it doesn’t bother us at all.

Ideal for a short stay if you want to explore a bit of Kuta or if you have an early morning flight.

Pros: Location is good. Two big shopping malls located a distance away. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very nice room decor. Super neat to the airport!

Cons: Can get a bit noisy in the night from the very loud road noise. Staff preparing breakfast in the early morning can echo into the rooms too.

Great Hotel with very comfortable rooms.

Pros: The hotel room was great!! Nothing bad to say. You get free water everyday and the room is cool and comfortable. The bathroom shower is amazing aswell. The pool is great to just relax and they have a small show every night. Which was great. It’s approximately 15/20 minutes of walking away from Kuta Beach and not that long from the airport aswell. Waterbom is also in walking range. Breakfast was nice aswell.

Cons: This isn’t the hotels fault, but I’m used to more socializing guests because I stay in hostels most of the time. Don’t expect to talk to other guests.

Good place to stay as a stepping stone for onward travel.

Pros: This is a really good value hotel for a short stay. It's close to the airport and is very comfortable. The treatments in the spa were good and great value.

Cons: The restaurant was a little lacking in atmosphere, but that could have been the evening we were there.
