Pros: Clean and tidy rooms, the staff was very friendly and nice.

Cons: The massaging company onsite didn't honor the 25 % discount even though we booked it between the time they stated we should. Would recommend going to Green Spa massage parlour just a few blocks from the hotel instead, as they are cheaper.

Pros: Review for Ayu at Ramada by Wyndham Bali We had an amazing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bali, and a large part of that was thanks to Ayu, the Front Office Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When there was an issue with our room, she proactively changed it without us even having to ask—an incredible display of professionalism and care. The food, atmosphere, and overall service at Ramada were excellent, making our two-day stay truly enjoyable. Ayu’s hospitality stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and efficiency. Highly recommended!

Cons: The property is a little old so it doesn’t look fresh and new. Looks like it needs a renovation.

Pros: Impeccable service from start to end of stay. It was worth every penny! Great location with shops, mall and lots of food options close by. It's also close to the airport.

Cons: no water in the room breakfast was only Indonesian food, should keep more variety some mosquitoes were in room, should spray while cleaning the room
