Pros: - Excellent location, - Near Airport, in Kuta centre in a calm small street - Receptionists and staff polite and friendly with a positive attitude towards guests - Room clean and large - All facilities worked well: tv, hot shower, AC - Beautiful garden with green vegetation and swimming pool - Excellent calm place, like an oasis - This hotel deserves high rating 10/10

Cons: - Room balcony door is made of wood and in daytime it covers the light, in the night room lighting is weak too

Pros: It's a walking distance from the waterboom, restaurants and the markets. The swimming pool and the gazebo are very nice The facilities were great for my 4 kids, wife and I There are plenty laundry facilities nearby. Close to the beach

Cons: The traffic in Kuta is hectic when you travelling with kids.

I definitely would recommend this hotel , value for money .

Pros: Breakfast was good, the hotel was close to the beach and everything was in walking distance . Some great restaurants nearby . The staff st the hotel were helpful and friendly .

Very good hotel at an excellent price

Pros: Room is clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and wide. Good local restaurants are in the vicinity. Swimming pool is a dream! I enjoyed so much swimming in it, especially in the summer rain Tantri at the reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful

Cons: The bathroom of #28 needs some face-lifting and replacement

Love the proximity to airport and shops.

Pros: Close proximity to most things in Kuta. Great shopping and bargains nearby and very close to the airport. The pool is clean and cool and the staff are very friendly and obliging.

Cons: The bathroom facilities could certainly use updating. The shower is hard to adjust.

Pros: I liked the space, the decorations,the location,the very helpful and kind staff,the garden...they were waiting for me late in the night.. thank you for everything

Cons: I didn't like the bad smell in the room,it seemed as it was closed for a long time..but i think that there is problem with the plumbing as in many rooms in Indonesia because of the wet area..

Lovely stay, amazing for the price!

Pros: Was a lovely property on a quite street, staff were nice and accommodating. Had a lovely stay.

Cons: The breakfast was pretty basic but great for the price and nice food. The shower was quite dodgey and very quiet hard to get to a good temperature.
