Pros: Great Location…walking distance to everything…clean…icy cold Air conditioner…fast wifi….friendly staff…I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice

Cons: The water from the shower was from 4 holes…which was 2 extra holes than my daughters shower…however this did not ruin our time at the hotel

Pros: The hotel's location is at the heart of everything, such as the beach, pubs, shopping markets. The place is very convinient for us, specially if you've got children travelling with you. The staffs are so accomodating, very kind and friendly people, they always check up on you, how you are and everything. They make sure, you are having comfortable stay. Food is delicious, yummy breakfast, they make very nice capuccino coffee aswell.

Cons: I think The hotel would be almost perfect, if put better lightings in the room, as the ones they uses in the room, wouldn't be able to help specially when you do a lot of reading I guess.

Pros: There are many great things I loved about my stay at the Sun hotel & Spa Legian that include the lovely apartments on offer for guests, the incredible friendly staff like the one and only “Dedi” who made my experience and Time at the place so welcoming. The breakfast buffet on offer was tremendous as always, the lifestyle areas such as the pool and bar areas are always kept nice and clean and you feel like you can hangout in those areas at anytime of the day with no malice. The staff are always offering help to the guests and the place is located in a great spot in Kuta amongst all the vibrant bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons: Nothing at all I liked everything about the property!

Pros: 16 night stay, the room was clean and perfect for our needs. Air-conditioning worked well. Staff, housekeeping, and security are super friendly and always go above and beyond. We only ate at the restaurant once durning our stay but the food was delicious and fairly priced The spa ladies were amazing. Our son loved his first experience with a massage. The pool area was clean.

Cons: Only one of our 2 rooms had a smart TV. In saying that we were able to find something to watch in our room due to the cable channels. Our 11 was able to watch youtube on his TV so made only having one smart TV. Would still recommend for price and location. 😊

Pros: Prime location. As soon as you step out, the hotel is right next to the main street, and you will find plenty of local places to eat, restaurants, shops, massage parlours.What a beautiful stay with such lovely staff!

My new go to hotel.

Pros: A fantastic hotel for the price, I ended up extending my stay 3 times because of the pool side room, fabulous staff that are very friendly and do a wonderful job. Location is central to all venues. I’ll be back.
