Excellent staff

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and even allowed an early check in. The staff also checked in regularly to ensure that we had everything we needed and even offered to store my medication in their fridge because they were concerned the bar fridge wiuld not be sufficient.

Cons: Was a bit noisy as people were entering their rooms on our floor.

Pros: The great breakfast, pool and most of all the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Also a very good location 2min gogek to garlic lane and surrounds, but away from noise and crowds. All the food Halal but that was cool because it was all delicious.

Pros: A fabulous hotel, stayed in the pool access room and it was very clean and comfortable with great access to the pool. Daily room cleaning. The pool and sunbeds are great. Great coffee and breakfast at the Sunny Cafe on site. Friendly staff. Beds are large and comfortable. Slippers and robe supplied. Amazing bathroom with hot water in the shower and toiletries supplied. New smart TV, nice lighting, Staff helped me to find my sunglasses!!! Terima Kashi.
