Overall, great experience at the hotel and would say again.

Pros: The staff were great on arrival, they helped with my bags, ensured it was an easy transition as I had just landed in Bali. Staff had great communication. Requested room service - it was at my door within 20 minutes and the food was amazing. Unable to look at all facilities in the building as I only stayed over night.

Cons: Was on the pricer side of accommodation in Bali for 1 night.

The staff are fabulous the hotel fabric needs revamp and upgrade

Pros: Location/price - good value - very good service - outstanding staff - nothing too much trouble - fabulous bed !

Cons: The pool and surrounding terraced area was disappointing. It needs a good upgrade and the tiles around the pool need a good clean and resurface. The plants need some TLC and this great facility is sadly very poor.

Pros: Brilliant spot, quiet at night, close to everything, pool and living areas were great, staff were wonderful

Cons: Shower was not great, pool deck needs some attention

Nice villas - the hotel was awful

Pros: I really like the villa I got, it was very big and spacious, I would comeback to it. The location was also amazing.

Cons: The villa was amazing but the first few nights I stayed in a room in the hotel, this was awful. It was noisy and smelly. We couldn’t sleep the first or second night. The smell of putrid bathrooms smell was terrible, they had to move me a night earlier to a villa and they charged me the difference. I thought that was disgustingly cheeky, but I was not going to argue on a holiday so I paid for it without complaining. However that was not ok. The villa I stayed on the other hand was perfect.

Pros: We stayed in the 2 bed villa & it was delightful! Isolated yet in a busy area… would highly recommend!

Cons: You don’t get a view but the garden made up for it!

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is super comfortable and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming—special thanks to Mrs. Suji at the front desk for her amazing hospitality. The room was spacious; we stayed in a Junior Suite with a pool view. The location is perfect—close to shopping, great food spots, beach clubs, and the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!
