Lotus Tirta Seminyak

Pros: Well priced accommodation with staff that were very attentive to any requirements. Central location which allowed easy access to beach, shops and dining.

Pros: Stayed in Villa T2 has everything you need, location is great next to bike hire, laundry, mini mart and 3 min bike ride to the main street in Seminyak.

Comfortable stay

Pros: It was conveniently located to spots in Seminyak. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: The had misplaced my key when I arrived. I had just come off a long flight and was desperately hungry but had to wait while they tried to find my key and in the end they had to change my lock while I was there. I checked in late so feel like they had time to prepare for that.

Pros: Beautiful Villa. Great location to food, laundry, shopping. Quiet location great for families. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Manager Agus was able to help with anything we needed, including airport transfers and drivers when required. He was amazing Thank you so much.

Awesome place to stay

Pros: The staff is incredible! The location is perfect with a bike, very close to everything, 2 minutes from the beach, they clean the room everyday, bathroom, pool.

Pleasant stay next to restaurants and massages

Pros: Good location, close to a lot of restaurants and massage places. Walking distance to the beach. Room is smaller but practically organised. Good shower. Handy bar fridge. Bed was good. Nice breakfast with a view! Pool is smallish but clean, wonderful to dip in. Staff is always smiling, polite and helpful. The hotel trains high school kids, so there is o lot of laughter around, we liked it.

Cons: It is next to a semi-busy street with some noises during the night. Not too bad though.

Great stay before our flight to Sydney

Pros: The property is well located just behind busy Drupadi street near cafes and restaurants also local mart 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is an older style three level Appartment block with a cute small plunge pool and the room we stayed in was small but comfortable and good size bathroom and nice size shower tv worked well and a bar fridge with good aircon. The room we had was ground level and stepped straight out into the refreshing plunge pool . Staff were attentive and friendly.

Great Location and Superb Staffs

Pros: Location was perfect as it was right in the heart of Seminyak and lot of shops just around the property. Spacious rooms with great air-conditioning in 2 rooms. Pool was super as it was really clean. Spacious kitchen and living area. Staffs has been awesome as they went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We requested breakfast early morning at 6am and they assisted us in getting this ready without any issues regardless of their breakfast start time which is 7am. The staffs are amazing as they were at our service whenever we needed any assistance. Also since on the last day we were to check out at 4am due to an early flight they went out of their way and provided us with Dinner instead of the breakfast which we would have missed in the morning which was really great of them.

Cons: Room door lock seems to be very old and not lockable specially for the room that was located upstairs. The aircon unit in Room 1 looks really old as the flap was not working. Fridge in the kitchen looks like it has completed its time as it does not cool properly either. Washing sponge and hand towels not provided. Overall for a 3 bedroom villa it should have had inter contacting doors to all the rooms but in this case all the rooms could only be accessed through outdoors. Even the room upstairs could only be accessed from the stairs outside.
