Pros: I stayed at this hotel for 20 days, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent, especially for Seminyak – close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the kind and helpful staff. They were always polite, friendly, and ready to help whenever I needed anything, which made a long stay feel easy and welcoming. The hotel is a great option for both short and long stays, and I felt safe and comfortable during my time there. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you to the team for making my stay enjoyable 🌴

Good hotel for a short visit

Pros: The location was great for what I needed The breakfast is really good value for money The staff is really good and helpful every step on the way

Cons: The WiFi speed, reliability and coverage is patchy to the point that I decided I cannot use it My room didn't have anywhere to sit except the balcony. There should have been a desk chair and the bench along the foot of the bed (like it was the previous time I stayed in this hotel)

Pleasant Stay, but Can Be Noisy on Some Nights

Pros: I had a *pleasant 6-day stay* at this hotel. The room was *clean*, and the *staff was very cooperative and helpful*. Daily room service was provided, which was a plus. One thing to be aware of: the hotel *does not accept cash payments*, so be prepared to pay by *card or digital methods*. Also, there is a *club right next to the hotel*, and on nights when they host *DJ events*, the *music can be very loud until around 3 AM*. This could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Overall, it was a good stay — just something to keep in mind depending on your preferences.
