Nice quiet accommodation at affordable price

Pros: Well appointed rooms at affordable prices. Quiet and away from the traffic noise of Seminyak but still close to everything. Very nice pool and gardens

Down a long driveway hides one of Seminyak’s hidden jewels

Pros: The accomodation was excellent, staff were very friendly and accomodating. Everything was very clean and the staff worked hard to keep everything looking point-perfect. I had a great nights sleep every night I stayed at Kubu Chempaka, which is something I struggled with at other locations in Bali. The room was made up every day to perfection. I stayed with a large family group, and the staff did everything they could to make our stay easy and stress free. The pool water was clean and kind on both the body and eyes (some other locations had left some of our party unwilling to swim as the water felt slimy and stung their eyes after swimming). I will definitely be back.

Cons: There didn't appear to be a laundry service at Kubu Chempaka. This wasn’t a big deal as there was 2 full laundry service business within 2-3 minutes walk. The shower took quite a while for the hot water to arrive. This too wasn’t an issue as I quickly learned to start the water, before I started preparing to shower, rather than simply standing there waiting. When in Bali, accomodations like these are easy and come naturally.

Perfect introduction to Seminyak

Pros: We loved our stay here. It was only 5min walk away from the busy road and easy distance to the main beach strip. The workers were really friendly and helped us check in late (12am). Their breakfast was super yummy and the pool was perfect to start and finish our day in. Our room had everything we needed, aircon was good, room was tidy and functional to our needs.

lovely location

Pros: Great location and nice clean place. Great value for money and lovely staff working there. Pool is cleaned daily as well as the grounds. Off main road but 4 mins walk to the main shopping and restaurants and cafes. I would come back

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: Very clean. Good location and very good value for money. Access was down a quiet, level, clean lane. Included breakfast was amazing- great variety. All food that came out of the kitchen was delicious and timely. Rooms were kept clean. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Tiles can get quite slippery when wet on the front landing of the rooms and in the restaurant.
