Spacious Villa with Potential, But Service Needs Improvement

Pros: - The villa is new and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. - The pool was a nice touch and well-maintained but had a lot of chlorine it it and kids fingers and toes burned. - Anik was responsive and helpful during check-in and check-out. - The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Cons: - Service needs significant improvement. Anik never checked in during our stay we just messaging each other but for some services obviously it wasn’t enough. - the in-villa breakfast was a disappointment—it seemed like it was cooked the night before and just reheated, so we didn’t order again. The fruits were fresh. - Daily cleaning wasn’t thorough; the floors were always dirty despite regular cleaning efforts. But water is not enough. - Laundry service was underwhelming—clothes didn’t smell clean and still had visible dirt, raising doubts about whether they were even washed. In my opinion a review of the service providers needs to be made or at least control the quality.
