Umalas Creek Villas

Pros: Villa was really clean and nice. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We checked out in the AMs to go for the Mt Batur sunrise tour. My girlfriend ended up feeling sick in the morning and we wanted to go back to the villa to rest. However, our villa was already cleaned, and they allowed the next occupants to stay since we have already checked out. Nonetheless, the staff went out of their way and allowed us to rest in the living room of the another villa till 12pm and gave us a free coconut drink. Really helpful and lovely staff.

Perfection

Pros: Beautiful facilities, great safety. There were security on site till a certain time that made us feel very safe. Staff were amazing, so kind and treated us well the entire time, wish we stayed longer

Amazing Family stay

Pros: Very attentive staff, from reception to service personal, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The beds have too tier king koil madress, which makes you sleep very well. The villa has a good size is modern and well equipped. Of anything is missing the concierge service will promptly attend any needs. The pool incl. Hot tub, ice bath and sauna are amazing and a small sanctuary in busy Ubud.

Cons: The cleaning could be a bit better

Exceptional

Pros: Best stay in this villa, super luxuries with affordable price. Everything is well organized, super nice. Villa had 2 stories, living room and kitchen down, bedroom, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom upstairs. They have pool, sauna and cold plunge to use 24/7

Beautiful, stunning, friendly staff

Pros: The room was stunning always kept to the highest standard. The staff where always there to help with anything we needed. Whether it was translation, help with travel, advice on where to go, anything ! I felt safe with 24hpur security who everytime we come home late would make sure we got to our villa safely. I couldn't of asked for anything more, will definitely be coming back next time.

Cons: Nothing, it was amazing

Enjoyed the short stay very much. Was looking for a relaxing time and this place fulfilled that!

Pros: Beautiful place. Everything feels brand new. The photos are accurate representation. Convenience store is within short walking distance. There are quite a few places to eat nearby as well. Staff can be contacted on watsapp and responds quickly.

Cons: Small matter really. This place is relatively new, so maybe that is why Grab app could not quite find it. But the pin location is near enough.

Pros: We have had an amazing stay at Umalas Creek Villas. From the moment we booked the accomodation, the staff was already very helpful in offering help. The facilities itself turned out to be above expectation and the staff was always there to help. Whether it was office staff, cleaning staff, garden staff or security staff. Everyone was always happy to help. We have had a great time here. Suksma!

Pros: Incredibly well finished, excellent sauna, freezing ice bath, great pool and an inflatable unicorn

Cons: Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi
