The Beach House

Great staff and you get what it says on the tin!

Pros: Great staff, excellent bedrooms and proximity to the beach was a major bonus.

Cons: It is very load being located right next to Finn’s and Atlas Beach Club but for groups looking to make the most of Bali’s nightlife, this won’t be an issue at all. More just a “buyer beware” situation. For longer term stays (we were there a month) the kitchen needs to be better stocked but in fairness, we probably weren’t the target audience!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely little haven in the middle of busy beach club area. Short walk to Finn’s Beach Club and Atlas Beach Club.

Cons: Being so close to Beach Clubs comes with loud music until midnight. The communal areas are undercover outdoors so it’s difficult to hear the tv if you want a movie night.

Pros: The staff were all super friendly and accommodating to our needs and late check in time. The villa is gorgeous!

Cons: It was loud - but to be expected when you're literally across the road from Finns beach club

We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: We loved the decor of the villa, and it was well appointed with filtered cold water and very comfortable beds.

Cons: Unfortunately the music from Finn’s is loud until midnight, which generally we wouldn’t mind but it was the same music for 4 nights.

Great place - Very clean and wonderful service

Pros: The host was very welcoming even though we arrived earlier than schedule. The place was cleaned daily and has a phone to call anytime we needed assistance. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The traffic noise

Really nice comfortable Villa.

Pros: Family of 5 with adult children we stayed for six nights. Had everything we needed. A little noisy with proximity to road and beach club but earplugs were provided Can highly recommend.

Unreal spot, nice venue. Just a very loud area

Pros: Unreal spot nice big open villa, staff go above and beyond and just has all the little things, speakers, filtered water etc!

Cons: If you want a good night sleep take noise cancelling headphones Finn’s is across the road so heaps of traffic and noisey!

Pros: Good property layout - privacy in the bedrooms, close to local bars/cafes and the beach.

Cons: Quite loud at night due to being close to the beach clubs (But we were provided with earplugs).

Pros: We LOVED the villa SO much. It was impeccably presented and well appointed, the staff and service were incredible, and we honestly had the most amazing stay. The property is better than the pictures and we honestly couldn't fault our stay.
