Pros: Great location, serviced 9-5 with on call staff after hours to assist with queries and services. The welcome drink was a nice touch.

Comfortable and fully equipped villa for families and friends to stay; between Canggu and Seminyak.

Pros: This was my second stay with Oxo black villa with a different group of friends and we stayed at Villa 3. We were a big group so we sent a car with driver carrying our luggages to unload with the villa reception operations team first; while we went in another car to lunch and coffee before checking into villa. Location in GRAB app is misleading so all guests need to take note on that. Overall, my friends enjoyed the villa facilities.

Cons: Housekeeping service dropped during this stay. One of the rooms had bed bugs bites after the first night but it stopped after we requested for new bed linens. Not everyone used the provided toiletries; so when we pointed out that housekeeping did not refill toiletries for one of the rooms on some days; the person responding on whatsapp told us that they checked with housekeeping that they did. As a guest, it felt like I needed to provide evidence to prove and the detail of attention is not as good as before. The water level in the dispenser at kitchen started beeping after midnight due to low level and we had to troubleshoot and find the power switch. Housekeeping should have checked on the water level daily to ensure optimal level to prevent beeping on any nights.

Beautiful modern accommodation great for a group of friends.

Pros: My friends and I loved how serene and cool the Black Villas were. It is decorated beautifully and is very clean.

Cons: We were very disappointed that for a villa which sleeps 8 people there was only 1 large beanbag for seating next to the pool. I think that you need to invest in a number of sun loungers to fully utilise the outdoor space. We used the chairs from inside but they were not very comfortable. A neighbouring villa was so loud that it kept us awake for 2 nights of our stay until around 4.00am. One of the nights my friend had to move rooms to share with another guest so she could get some sleep.

Pros: Before arrival we were in contact with Oxo. They made sure everything was as requested. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Natalie with a welcome drink and she showed us around in the house. The daily cleaning was really nice and oxo responded very quick to every question. The house was spacious and the design was beautiful. It was a 10 minutes walk to get to Finns or shops. We spend 8 days here and definitely enjoyed it.

Cons: Minor thing: There were no facilities to let your clothes/swimwear dry.

Pros: Accomodation and staff were superb. Definitely would stay here again.

Pros: Excellent service, excellent house keeping, fast to help with anything by either phone or delivery. The location was fantastic- close to the beach through another hotel, and close to some great food and locale. The rooms were perfect, the pool was amazing and the furniture very well kept.
