Beautiful villa in perfect location. Excellent staff.

Pros: Everything about our stay here was great. It's a beautiful villa, immaculately clean and really well equipped in an amazing location that is really quiet for the area. The breakfast was incredible but above all the staff were amazing. They were so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing could be improved - it was great.

A good and comfortable stay for families!

Pros: Staffs were warm and attentive throughout my family stay at OXO. Very helpful and responsive to my family’s needs. Property is clean comfortable and beautiful with basic necessities accessible.

Cons: Presence of mosquitos in the accommodation and due to the nearby trees and plants, the pool tends to get dirty easily.

Pros: A perfect location in Berawa. Beautiful townhouse with some amazing details. We immediately felt at home. Our stay was too short and we will definitely come back. We can highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. Very welcome reception and everything was smooth and done with love. 🙏💫

a great villa for leisure

Pros: Location was great! Near lots of shops and cafes and awesome restaurants. Staff were so kind! Easy to reach them via WhatsApp for any issues. Customer service is exceptional- I asked them if they could fix the WiFi in my room, and when I got back there was a cute bear made from towels and flower decos with a card! Everything was also cleaned daily. Services they offered were easily accessible with just a text, they made our trip feel luxurious and pampered for 😊 highly recommend the relaxing massage- right in the comfort of the villa! The private chef meal was also an experience!

Cons: -Wish they provided slippers! -The pool was cleaned everyday but the tiles itself seemed stained and we didn't want to take the risk so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool :') but generally everything is great! These definitely didn't affect our experience and I would still highly recommend this villa for great customer service.

Pros: Fancy, beautiful place! Very nice location, good stuff. I’ve celebrated my birthday there and I’ve got a very beautiful flowers from the hotel! It was nice

Cons: The pool is not small, it’s tiny! You can’t swim there, you can only… seat? 😅
