Sunset Palms Beach Villa

Bali family time

Pros: Welcomed by Koi fish. Our stay in the villa was wonderful, plenty of space for a family of 7. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. With 3 outside spaces, one of the ground floor and two upstairs, I have plenty of options for some me time or reading time. The staff were really friendly whether it's the household team or cooks. We really had a nice time.

Cons: Little note, the roof of the outside space upstairs needs a bit of TLC for rainy day.

Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Pros: We feel at home. The place is comfortable, cozy and the staffs are friendly.

Cons: Not much activities near the villa (walking distance) and need to drive out. Other than that, everything is great.

Relaxed stay before heading back home

Pros: Beautiful villa close to the airport and with all conveniences.

Pros: The house was a tranquil and private oasis in close proximity to the beach. The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Absolutely beautiful villa in an ok location.

Pros: Noah’s villa is amazing! Large, beautifully decorated and equipped and luxurious. The pool area is beautiful and the bedrooms are lovely.

Cons: The property has no issues, however the beach it is located near is badly in need of a deep clean and tidy which is a shame given the quality of the villa. We had to go to other beaches to relax. We think however this is due to a few bad storms and hope it can be cleaned and reinstated.

Exceptional

Pros: Myself, wife and two grown up daughters spent a week over christmas 2024 at this villa. The pictures on booking.com are accurate. The accommodation is very spacious and has some lovely features such as the indoor waterfall. My highest rating is well deserved primary due to the exceptional service. The principal host, Noah, although we never met in person, was extremely helpful and accessible by whatsapp. The staff we met were fantastic. The villa was cleaned every day and there was a change of towels. A complimentary laundry service is also provided. Whilst there we had a floating breakfast and evening meal at the villa, arranged by Noah. The floating breakfast was rained off, so we had it indoors instead (on christmas day). Personally speaking I probably enjoyed that more than the floating breakfast experience. These meals do come at additional cost though. Overall, our christmas was very special and we thank Noah and the team for making it so. .

Cons: In so far as Sunset Palms Beach Villa itself is concerned.... nothing.

Extremely well-appointed villa in a quiet location

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Sunset Palms Beach Villa. From the moment we arrived, Noah and his team took great care of us and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. For example, when the cot provided for our little one was not up to standard (smelled moldy), Noah and his team immediately rented one from somewhere to make up for it. Noah was also always contactable in case you needed anything during your stay. The villa was also extremely well-appointed and clean, and the facilities were simply luxurious.

Cons: While it is an extremely quiet and peaceful area, the variety of restaurants nearby isn't great, which isn't a big deal since Grab is really easy in Bali, but do manage your expectations for amenities within walking distance when staying here.

Would come here again

Pros: Great luxury villa. Excellent room service. Staff are very thoughtful and thorough. Specials thanks to nick and Noah for their promptness and helpfulness during our stay.

Pros: The house is dreamy—it's even better than the photos! It’s very close to the airport and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. My friends and I had a wonderful two-night stay. Noah and his staff were incredibly nice and helpful, responding quickly to messages and taking care of any needs right away. Highly recommend!

Pros: Is a beautiful place to stay. We wish we had booked more nights here. Noah is a great liaison and you will never be left in the dark. Response is very quick, and beyond helpful. I had missed my flight but Noah was accommodating without hesitation. I arrived 2 hours later than expected but none the less Noah was on point. Highly recommend the floating breakfast, the chefs are amazing and so much fun
