Villa Seriska Jimbaran - Spacious 5BR Private Pool Villa with Private Cook

Pros: Putra the property manager and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every request was met with speed and quality. The place a beautiful, spacious homely feeling villa, the rooms are massive! Hard tell from the pictures. This place can easily accommodate 2-3 families. We were 4 adults and one kid & it felt like a mansion. If you're after some quiet downtime then this is a good place. Loved walking g up every morning with a dip and listening to the birds and rooster crowing, by then Yana and Adi would arrive and start prepping our breakfast. Every service and timing was tailored to our needs. Having being to Bali couple of times and stayed at different resorts this definitely topped our expectations. Highly recommend this place.

Pros: Massive rooms and bedrooms, cool comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. I will say if you want privacy you have to let the staff know other wise they enter the villa at any time with no warning. I’m giving it a 9 as the bathroom showers need attention, the pressure wasn’t great and sometimes the water was cold. Also one of the shower screens was broken so couldn’t close it. Honestly though we would stay again it’s a stunning villa and down a very private alley. Security is 24/7 at the gate so peace of mind too

Fantastic, 10/10 would come back again

Pros: Loved every bit of it but what stood out was the service. Putra was a fantastic manager. I cannot thank him enough for the good work and strong support. His team, Andre, Diana and Adi, are very helpful and supportive too. (Makes good food too!) Extremely pleasant stay.

Huge villa with very friendly staff and great driver

Pros: The villa Seriska is huge with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus power room. The staff including Putra and driver Thomas are great. The food is yummy, and we had private chef cook lunch which is very tasty. We also had floating breakfast, which is included. The villa has water dispenser and bottle of water for brush teeth as convenient. Driver Thomas is very helpful and take us to supermarket and change money. We had one day trip with him and found him very reliable.

Cons: Villa is bit wear and tear but it does not affect our stay

Lovely people, lovely place; highly recommend!

Pros: This property and the hosts were exceptional. So friendly, accommodating and helpful from pick-up to check-out. The property itself is beautiful and far exceeded what we were expecting; and the rooms are MASSIVE. The breakfast was just amazing, and had a wide variety to choose from. We really had such a nice stay here and were able to fully relax and enjoy our time together. We didn't get out and about during our stay to see the area as it was a short stay so can't speak to the neighbourhood, but the villa itself is wonderful. We even decided on checking out their other Villa Seriska locations the next time we come to Bali! Lovely people, lovely place; highly recommend. :)

Cons: Just be careful on the sweeping stairs as the bannisters are a bit low. No other issues though!

Good value, Jimbaran area Villa with large sleeping space

Pros: Property is large enough for communal gathering eating and resting area. The staffs were attentive and doing their best to ensure we have a good stay. I told Putra, the manager, that the next day there will be a boy coming and it was meant for his birthday. He took effort to inform his staffs to pump balloons and put up Happy Birthday sign. This was a good gesture. This unit is shared with a total of 4 other villas and guarded by a 24hr security/care-taker. Which provided some form of security and we packed food for the security at night as the in-house staffs will leave the villa at around 1600hr. Good privacy as they won’t be seen if needed self-time for couples. We went as 2 families with 4 kids. It was enjoyable and would recommend this villa if one chooses Jimbaran area.

Cons: This property is slightly dated since it’s build, so one has to reduce some expectations on the optimum quality. Overall it’s still alright. Contact to Putra the manager often see his replying delayed and slow. One of the room, since day one, the spinning fan causes loud clicking noises that made sleeping in that room uncomfortable. Moreover the aircon is hidden at back. You can also hear neighbour loud kids noises daily, with bird chirping from 6am.

Spacious Villa with excellent staff

Pros: Spacious Villa with everything you need. The manager & the staff were so nice & quickly responded to every request we had. Breakfast was delicious too. Pool area was also very nice. Would recommend! Thank you for making our stay so great!
