Pros: Had a choice of three different breakfasts everyday. Place was also cleaned every day. Really easy to get around Ayana as you could call the buggy to take you anywhere you like. Its a huge resort so that was a bonus.

Clean ,comfy ,just wonderful

Pros: The quietness of the villa, pool area ,large a space all the room and bathrooms,the pool area in the hotel , washing machine , the transport to get you around

Cons: Didn’t have enough cups ( but I kept forgetting to mention it) didn’t realise it was a far as it was to uluwatta

Luxurious large villa, beautiful private pool and garden, full kitchen, 2 big bathrooms and access to Ayana Residence fa

Pros: We loved the Villa! It was huge, extremely clean and very beautiful with a lovely private pool. Everything you could want - lovely beds, good aircon and buggy pickup whenever needed

Cons: Nothing! I was nervous it may have not been clean from a previous review but that was unwarranted. It was beautiful and fantastic value

Pros: The property is nice, luxurious and the price is very good.

Cons: The staff wasn’t too comunicative. Ayana residence is inside Ayana hotel but not the same thing. Rhe staff here will tell you upon arrival that you don t have access to Ayana hotel s pools. Try your luck

Beautiful Villa, but some issues

Pros: the pool was excellent, the villa is stunning, and we could easily get taxis to where we wanted.Breakfast was average, with everything cold by the time it got to the table.

Cons: We were not expected. had to get another guest to phone, and the lady seemed shocked we were checking in that day. She arrived soon after, but was such a rush gave us the wrong key and didn't explain anything. said breakfast would be delivered at 9am. it came at 8am while we were sleeping. Said cleaning was at 1pm and they came at 11am. We had scaffolding go up outside the villa on the first day and down on our last day. Lack of privacy and loss of enjoyment due to workman. They did give us 2hours in the thalassotherapy pool to compensate, which was nice.We couldn't use the day bed which was covered by a tarpaulin and filthy. It was very hard for the taxi to find the location.

Pros: Bardzo przestronny apartament z dwoma sypialniami z basenem Wszystko w bardzo wysokim standardzie.

Cons: Byliśmy przekonani że cały resort położony jest bliżej miasta Jednak prawda jest taka że resort jest ogromny i praktycznie za każdym razem musieliśmy się poruszać taksówką aby się wydostać z resortu. Osobiście uważam że śniadania wliczone w cenę powinny być dużo lepsze jeśli chodzi o standard jakim dysponuje apartamentowiec. W prawdzie po kilku uwagach śniadania były dużo lepsze każdego dnia Szkoda że nie można mieszać indonezyjskich z amerykańskimi
