Loved our stay

Pros: Loved the aesthetics, large space, eater filter in villa, friendly and helpful staff, ease of whatsapp use to communicate with concierge, restaurant staff separately.

Cons: -Use of indoor pool, cold dip, sauna and steam room facilities was not free. For the price of the villa, these facilities should be complimentary. - Sofa base cushions were thin and worned out so we could feel the wooden planks underneath very obviously.

Pros: We loved everything about to stay at Asai Village. The villa was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable and the pool was beautiful. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay and no question was a problem. There is a shuttle down to the beach and to the mini mart which was very handy. We had breakfast included in our stay at the Asai Cafe which was exceptional. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa and the ice bath and sauna were also great! If you want to travel further than the local beach area on the shuttle, it's super easy to get a taxi with Grab which was very cheap and convenient.

Cons: We loved everything and didn't want to come home. We will definitely stay here again next time :-)

Great location, great facilities, great team, great stay.

Pros: We loved the design and layout of the rooms the most. They were very efficient and thoughtful. Should out for their service as well! It was as great as the design. They tried their best to bring in a crib when the one they had was too cramped for our son. They went above and beyond expectations.

Cons: Not much to be honest. If I could nitpick, they didnt really have a reception which could have improved first impressions. Prices at their cafe were also quite steep.

Pros: Very nice place yo stay when in Bali.its a bit away so anything you want to see is definitely needing organized transport of some description. There is a shuttle cart to the beach close by which is nice. The traffic in the area has really made moving around a challenge, so plan for a lot of time ALFORD’s short distances (not the accommodations fault)

Cons: There wasn’t much that I could critique.

The staff in the villa, cafe and spa are very friendly.

Pros: The room is clean, the air conditioning is cool and comfortable.

Cons: The Internet has been disconnected for a while, so you may want to pay attention to having your own esim.

Our stay was short but pleasant, once the gym is up and running it will be great too. Just the issue with the hot water

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool.

Cons: The hot water only lasting for less than 5 minutes before going cold. We had our 1 year old who we had to shower with us and it didn’t give us enough time.

Best reception staff ever

Pros: Pinari on reception was exceptional service Help me when I was in dire straights She is amazing big thank you

It was one of the best stays

Pros: I begged to stay there longer because it was so good , but because it is so good , it was fully booked !

Cons: Some restaurant staff is chronically confused and lots of food items missing all the time

Perfect accommodation

Pros: The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The facilities were clean and the villa condition was superb.

Pros: The villa itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The surrounds were just as beautiful. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure and bathroom lighting were great. The filtered water machine was very thoughtful. Breakfast was good Staff were exceptional!!!

Cons: Gym wasn't open during our stay & pool in our villa could have been cleaned prior to and during day. 2 seater sofa in lounge area could be bigger - the villa sleeps 4 adults The location of villa was perfect for us, as we had a wedding nearby, but if you aren't in the area for a specific reason, there isn't much else around.
