Pros: We loved everything all was as described on booking.com Asti and our lovely housekeeper looked after us so well,couldn’t ask for more.Definitely recommend the breakfast both western and Indonesian Beautiful and so cheap 😁

Great location, away from the toursist areas. Lovely villa, garden, pool. Lovely management
Pros: Great location in local area, not busy in the streets around us. Asti the manager was very helpful. Lovely large rooms, beautiful garden.
Cons: The living area was a little warm even with 2 ceiling fans. A few mosquitoes in the bathrooms as they are outdoor bathrooms. We had a problem with noise, builders next door at 10pm and some noise during the day. They mention coffee maker, it’s not a coffee maker it’s a kettle with instant coffee. Saying this, it’s the perfect location as a few restaurants around the area and streets are quiet.

Sunset Joglo Villa is a beautifully designed, serene escape with stunning views, excellent amenities, and incredibly war
Pros: •\tStunning architecture: Beautiful traditional wooden joglo design with thoughtful mood lighting throughout. •\tFully equipped kitchen: Large fridge, microwave, kettle, and fresh hot/cold water dispenser make self-catering easy. •\tOutdoor living experience: The doors open up to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with a lovely outdoor lounge and a pristine, well-maintained pool and garden. •\tComfort and amenities: AC in both bedrooms, spacious room storage, and a luxurious indoor/outdoor shower setup. •\tDaily service: A cleaner visits every day, and breakfast (American or Indonesian) is available for just $10, served directly in the villa and includes a fruit platter and juice. •\tBreathtaking views: Overlooks rice paddies with picturesque sunsets and sunrises. •\tExceptional hospitality: The villa manager, Asti, provided outstanding communication—promptly answering questions and arranging extras like an in-villa massage and a private driver.
Cons: •\tConstruction nearby: There’s some construction next door, though noise is limited to 10am–5pm and workers are respectful. •\tDifficult access: The villa isn’t pinned on Google Maps, making it tricky for drivers to locate. •\tRough alleyway: The access road is filled with construction debris, deterring drivers from reaching the entrance. Not the villa’s fault, but a simple cleanup could greatly improve it. •\tSticky door locks: Some locks are stiff or hard to use—likely due to swelling wood frames. •\tMosquito presence: Being in a lush, forest-adjacent area, mosquitos were an issue. The villa provides coils and spray, but keeping doors closed is essential. •\tNo AC in living area: The open-plan space gets very hot during the day. Two fans are provided, but it remains uncomfortable unless the whole house is opened up.

Peaceful and lovely villa
Pros: The place is away the busy area. It’s so peaceful and very nice. The host is very friendly too and via the host it is possible to rent a motorcycle. I went to seminyak and other areas via motorcycle, it is very accessible. Will definitely come back!
Cons: It’s outside the control of the property, but next to this property there was lots of construction, which made lots of noise in the mornings.

Pros: One of the main attractions for my kids were the 10 meter long pool. Manager Asti and her wonderful support staff kept the place nice and clean. I booked an airport pick.up with them as sometimes It's tricky to find the address. We have used Grab for transport and food the rest of the time.
Cons: The location is away from the town and there is a construction site next to it at the moment.

Pros: 숙소가 깔끔하고 넓고 화장실도 깨끗해서 너무 좋았습니다. 밤에는 벌레소리도 들리고 친환경적이었습니다.
Cons: 빌라 주소를 따로 적지 않고 현재위치로 고젝이나 그랩을 불렀을때 다른 곳으로 가는 경우가 종종 있었습니다.
