AMAZING staff who got us out during a freak flash flooding

Pros: The helpfulness of the staff It’s such a quiet place to stay, near main streets but noise is not an issue. We arrived at night in the midst of a torrential downpour which continued overnight. We were scheduled to leave after one night, and when we awoke in the morning the villa pathways were flooded and the street outside was completed flooded so no motor vehicle access was available. Two AMAZING staff took the four of us (two trips!!!) and our luggage out to the main road via a rubber dinghy that they pushed/pulled through the flood waters. This ensured our driver was able to get us and take us to our next destination. Such great service - we are so grateful. We have stayed here on our last trip to Bali and were surprised at how the villa complex looks so much better in person than the photos online. Such great value for money. We will be back again - hopefully when there’s no floods haha

Pros: I had an amazing stay at Moson Villa in Legian. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The villa was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a busy day out. The location is excellent — close enough to all the action in Legian, great food spots, and the beach, but still quiet and private at night. The pool area was a real highlight, super clean and perfect for unwinding. Everything was well maintained, air con worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt safe, peaceful, and well looked after. I honestly couldn’t fault it. If you’re staying in Legian, I highly recommend Moson Villa. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: A very pleasant place with a swimming pool and restaurant with good and relatively cheap food. Recommended

Marvellous. Would hands down go back and stay at this place.

Pros: Was very inviting walking both into reception or the cafe area. Either entrance there was someone always present and so inviting.

Cons: Not much. The place was amazing, facilities were very clean, the hospitality was superb. Most of all my bed linen was the best so comfortable and cozy.

Great position accommodation in Legian

Pros: Staff were very nice. Breakfast was above average. Gardens and pool area were neat and clean. Gardening men were very friendly. Villa very clean on arrival. Handy position to Trans Studio Mall and Jalan Dewi Sri.

Cons: Room had TV but no aerial, so you couldn't actually watch Indo TV, which I like to do. A bit of noise from the obvious refurbishment which was happening, so it wasn't too intrusive really, unless trying to have a nap. Recommend changing towels every 2 days. Change bed sheets every 3 or 4 days. Sweep room floor every two days. Rubbish bins should be emptied daily as they are very small. These things are what sets accommodation apart from others.

Pros: Bungalow was spacious. Private and peace with perfect access to pool. Breakfast portion was amazing Staff were attentive. Annie & June were great with service and making sure everything needed was met

Cons: INTERNET CONNECTION IS CRAP!! no matter where on the property you were. I spoke with staff and they said they would mention to owner. However seen from previous reviews this has not been rectified and by the looks of it, not a priority

Pros: Very kind helpful staff, I left clothes there and they packed it all up for me for my return, were so prompt in responding to me about this. Beautiful clean room, air con good and they had it on for my arrival which was nice. Big and very comfortable bed, easy access via grab bike to shops or just walking if you are able to do so. Nice pool.
