Samana Villas

Highly recommend, lovely villa in north legion

Pros: Clean, spacious, good air con and had the option for fan only at night. Water cooler so we could top up bottles ourselves. Pool lovely temp. Location in between river and legion road w access to both, v close to brunch club and short walk to many restaurants and beach. Mostly quiet, some noise Sat night from adjoining buildings but nothing disruptive. Lockable room, villa door and back exit door to legion road. We had 2 bedroom villa, 2 bedrooms w bathroom each facing/entering via pool deck with kitchen/dining/lounge area as sep room also facing onto pool deck.

Cons: Bed wasn’t bad as far as Bali beds go but still on the firm side

Lovely private villa in Legian

Pros: We had a really enjoyable stay at Samana. The staff we're super helpful, and friendly. The property was very comfortable quiet.

Cons: Location was very good with rear access to Legian St. Several good cafes, laundry, and gym easy walking.

Loved this villa in Legian

Pros: A great fitted out villa close to the beach in Legian. It was thoughtfully fitted even with a water filter tap. I would have said it could use a bit more lounge furniture to properly accommodate 4 people but the had just measured up for more.

Cons: Hot water was too hot

Was fantastic, probably in our top 5 and we travel to Bali every year. We will definitely return to this one.

Pros: Location is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but it's only a short walk either way to the main street in Legian

Cons: Kitchen is a little dated could do with a freshen up and there are gaps in the doors so mozzie and flies get in. But overall it was perfect and exactly what we needed for this trip new Doors on all rooms would make it a 10 out of 10

Pros: Perfectly situated without listening to blaring music all night but close enough to walk through Legian. Comfortable, clean and very spacious.

Cons: We had no hot water for the first day or two but then finally asked staff about it and was sorted straight away.

Beautiful spacious villa with pool and outdoor living area. Highly recommend.

Pros: Superb quiet and private villa despite being so close to things. Very security conscious with a lockable heavy duty door to the villa’s garden and 3 individual lockable rooms, all with their own ensuite. Lovely outdoor kitchen/living/dining area and a gazebo/day bed, all overlooking the pool. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Minor things only. The keys and locks are a bit difficult to open/close and it would be handy to colour code the keys to identify which is the front gate, back gate (shortcut to Jln Legian) & the villas themselves. We also had a power cut to (just) our villa in the middle of the night but staff responded promptly to my WhatsApp alerting them and they got it switched back on within an hour.
