Comfortable well-appointed villas in a peaceful neighbourhood

Pros: These are well-appointed villas sited in a regimental style. Comfortable with small pool, jacuzzi and a few trees to 'naturalise' the surroundings. The hosts were welcoming and did everything to make our stay pleasant (although please note they are clearly business oriented).

Cons: A few too many rules and regs which guests have to follow for my taste. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood across the river from all the action in Legian. While that is beneficial, you need a Gojek to ferry you around, otherwise it's a 20 minute walk into the centre due to the lack of crossing points over the river.

Pros: This facility layout is absolutely stunning! The landscaping is beautiful and so green and full of life. Due to being an adult only facility, it is so relaxing and quiet. The walls are soundproof, so no outside noise filters its way in. For those who want to do their own cooking, there is a stove top and a full size fridge for food and beverages storage. This is our second time staying and will definitely be back! The staff remembered us and were so accommodating, nothing was too hard for them to organise for us! Biggest thank you to Mega, Adi, Dewa,Seka, Merry, Milan and Aging (our favourite people in Bali) :)

Cosy Place

Pros: Outdoor spa, pool and pool swinging chair. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: No TV in lounge room.

Pros: Absolutely everything, staff were so friendly, rooms were so clean, and the floating breakfast was wonderful, if i had more time in Bali i would've stayed in this villa for the rest of my vacation.

Cons: I didnt like that i found it on my last day only.

Money was taken out the minute we booked, breakfast was very disappointing and extremely expensive, couldn’t use credit

Pros: Had every thing required. Clean and tidy, very modern.

Cons: There was no sun on the garden, pool was freezing.Heaps of mosquitoes. Should of booked the south side. No choice given.

Pros: The location was fantastic close to seminyak. The staff were amazing. We would definitely book to stay there again.

Beautiful

Pros: Beautifully decorated, actual private (small) pool and jacuzzi. Workable kitchen. Good wifi though flaky from time to time. Very accommodating staff. Bedroom seems soundproofed.

Cons: Nothing! Though beware that the rooms can be quite different from each other. Some rooms have a roller door between the outdoor area and the kitchen/lounge and some don’t! Done have a pool that is 1m deep, others have a 1.7m pool. You have to ask for cooking pots and pans at reception.

Highly recommend

Pros: Such good value for money, we stayed 4 nights and this was our cheaper accommodation but we preferred it over the more expensive Villa! Staff were great, bed was so comfortable, great pool, and facilities close enough to get a 2 minute bluebird to wherever we wanted to go.

Cons: only down side was the pool was deep, over my head the whole way.

Great clean villas, enjoyable stay

Pros: Beautiful Villas they were clean and very easy to relax and enjoy your own space. Pool was very clean and so was the villa. Would absolutely recommended this property.

Cons: Only downside to the stay was the pillows in the villa where horrible and very small as well as very soft, I asked reception if it was possible to get another pillow and he said they don’t have any spare pillows. Air con wasn’t the best but did the job. Whist the villa is in Legian you do have to walk around 15 minutes to be able to get across the waterway to get into the hustle and bustle.

Amazing stay.

Pros: Amazing staff, very attentive. Location a bit far but not bad. Very clean and quiet. Overall amazing stay.
