Great location. Ideal for 6 people, 3 bedrooms with ensuiite and private pool.
Pros: Great location for us: close to Kuta Legian and Seminyak... but also away from the mayhem of those!
Cons: Strange white powder kept appearing under the bed and beside bedside table on floor... we couldn't work it out at all! Still a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was private and comfortable and the staff were lovely
Pros: Great place to stay. Everyone had their own private suites . Pool was always a great temperature. Comfy beds, wonderful staff and good communication with host. Gourmet supermarket with bakery and a cafe across the road.
Cons: A little traffic noise at night, but didn’t bother us at all. A bit of a walk to the beach, but you could grab a taxi straight out of the door

My baby felt at home.
Pros: I liked the location, not too much in the busy streets of Kuta/legian but not far from everything. I also liked how it had a water filter, microwave as I had a baby.
Cons: The bats 😂😂😂 but I can’t control that

Good value for money and family friendly.
Pros: Great Villa for the group we had, 2 families of 6 staying next door to each other. Great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Towels and house keeping were daily and the staff were lovely. Took us a little while to get our bearings as there was a lot around the Villa that we didn’t explore during our short 7 day stay. Great restaurants, convenient supermarket and lovely coffee shop.
Cons: One air conditioner in upstairs bedroom was not great. Tea towel additional dish clothes missing from kitchen.

Villa plus plus
Pros: The Villa was lovely! It was clean any and all questions and issues we had were addressed promptly. Beds were extremely comfortable, Had everything we needed. Short Grab ride to the main area. A grocery store across the street which was very convenient.money changer just down the street aswell. And as it is off a two way road never had an issue getting transport.
Cons: If you want to walk everywhere it is a little further out a taxi or grab is generally required especially on the very hot days. Bring extra pool towels. Only two are supplied but that was no issue for our group.

Pros: This villa is spacious with a modern design. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and the staff replaced the water in the water filter daily, so we didn't need to purchase any bottled water. The pool is quite large and deep compared to the other villas we stayed in, and it got cleaned every third day. The towels were replaced every day as well as the rubbish bins were emptied daily. There were plenty of Asian restaurants for dinner in walking distance and a few cafe's for breakfast. It's located about 15min drive from the airport as well as Waterbom, and the Trans Studio Theme Park.
Cons: The location isn't as central and is quite a walk to the beach and other attractions, however we used Grab and Gojek to get around, which was very cheap and easy to use, the driver's were all friendly.

Great place, Great owner
Pros: Owner has amazing communication and is super responsive- we ran out of water so I sent a message and I’d barely put my phone down before there was a knock at the door with a new bottle for the dispenser 😆 The beds are soooooo comfortable. The place has a nice aesthetic, lovely pool, beautiful supermarket & coffee shop just outside, nice & secure with the keypad entries. Gojek & Grab readily available for rides or delivery. The full size fridge & proper kitchen was awesome too, it was so nice to pop over to the market and then cook our own food- paired with the large dining table to sit & eat as a family, it was great- with 4 kids & a fully packed 3 week holiday it was nice to be able to implement a bit of comfort routine for a few days & feel at home ☺️
Cons: Not dislikes, just little things- some minor maintenance bits as is par for the course with most accom in Bali, and toilet paper/soap/coffee etc wasn’t replaced when run out, we had to ask for it BUT housekeeping are right outside in the office & quick to respond when asked so it’s no major issue :) I know some comments say your can hear the horns & sirens due to sunset drive being a stones throw - but we didn’t mind that at all, it’s all part of the Bali experience 🤍
