Great place, 5 mins walk to the beach and just of Jl Legian where there are ample transport options.

Pros: The villa host was really accomodating and met me there a few hours before check in time, I was able to leave my luggage and go off for lunch, and came back when the villa was ready at check in time.

Cons: The sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV at night, but otherwise, the villa was outstanding.

Villa is centrally located and we had a good stay here.

Pros: Great little villa, with plenty of space for sleeping. Good location in Kuta. Hosts were gracious and helpful.

Cons: Common spaces were on the small side.

Lovely villa with a pool, great location.

Pros: We had a great time. The villa looks lovely, its new, clean and nicely decorated. It's a great location, close to shops and not far from the beach. It was great to have a pool to get refreshed after a day out. We were 5 adults and it was very comfortable. The manager was very helpful and reacted quickly when we needed his help. Great value. We would come back and we recommend.

Cons: The bedrooms can be a bit noisy in the evening as there is a path for motorbikes just behind the villa, but it's ok if you close the bathroom door.
