Great stay. Great service. Great location

Pros: location was central Kuta great for shopping. There was no noise from the main strip. Service was incredible. Extremely friendly and hopeful staff. Villa was clean and safe from insects and bugs. Aircon was great. TV had many channels which was great as we watched many great movies.

Cons: breakfast was below average.

Absolutely Amazing and Perfect Location!

Pros: We got to stay in Villa 8 which was absolutely beautiful. The pool was huge, the bed was comfy and the breakfast getting bought to the room every morning was delicious. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond with everything.

Pros: 1. Staff - Friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were always comfortable and had what we needed 2. Beautiful Gardens 3. Size of Villa / Pool / Garden 4. Heaps of Restaurants nearby

Cons: 1. No fan above outdoor dining table 2. No outdoor umbrella if you wanted shade whilst sitting on the sun beds 3. No tea towels to dry dishes

Beautiful gem!

Pros: The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful. The villa was quiet and had everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Great central location.

Central and relaxing

Pros: The staff were alway friendly and approachable and available.The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. The gardens at the villa are well kept. The spa is AMAZING. The treatment are luxurious, relaxing and the therapists are excellent. The Tea and body scrub class are lovely and informative.

Cons: The pool at the villa was turning green and needed a clean

Pros: Breakfast options were limited but that didnt bother us. Location was great

Cons: Could have a fan where the outside table n chairs are in villa, brighter light where your clothes hang n security box could be bolted down to feel more secure

Amazing

Pros: Absolutely everything, location was central, staff and amenities were amazing. They allowed us to store luggage after 12 pm checkout and then afforded us the opportunity to shower and freshen up at 8pm prior to our late flight home. Much appreciated 🙏

Pros: Located in Kuta but still very quiet, the location is very convenient and the villa feels truly private. The staff were superb — very warm and friendly. The in-room breakfast tasted great and felt very luxurious. There were lots of complimentary benefits, including a 30-minute foot massage. I wanted to book another two-hour spa session, but unfortunately there were no suitable time slots available, which was a shame. Overall, it was the best value among the four resorts I stayed at in Bali.

Cons: Dinner could be better — the taste wasn’t the best. Maybe it’s because there are so many dining options nearby, so the resort doesn’t really expect guests to have dinner here. The taxi the resort arranged for us cost three times the price of Grab. It wasn’t really their fault since I didn’t confirm the price first, but it didn’t leave a very good impression.
