Pros: The villa was absolutely beautiful, with such a lovely interior design. We really enjoyed the swimming pool — it was just perfect for relaxing and soaking in the water after a full day of exploring Bali. The location was also amazing, very close to the beach and nearby shops, which made everything so convenient. The hospitality from the villa team truly stood out. Even though we arrived quite late, around 9:30 pm, they patiently waited for us with welcoming drinks and warm smiles. We did face a small issue with the electricity and security box at one point, but the team responded quickly and resolved it within 15 minutes. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and really appreciated the excellent service throughout our stay.

Cons: The only minor issue we noticed was that the shower and sink water pipes in all three bedrooms seemed a bit rusty, and the water occasionally felt rusty. It would also be great if the villa could provide more cooking utensils, such as pots, for guests who wish to cook. Other than that, everything was really nice.
