Pros: Beautiful place surranded by the trees. Emanuel is a great, always eager to help person. We truly recommend this place. Location is not in the touristic area which allows to discover local places. Make sure to rent a scooter so you will be able to get to the various places over there. Great place for a couple - quite and private.

Pros: The villa is exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is very large, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the space is impeccably clean. Its location is excellent, with many shops and supermarkets nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. What truly made our experience unforgettable was Mr. Emmanuel. He was there to offer all his knowledge and assistance, ensuring that every need we had was taken care of. He even helped us rent a scooter for a day, which he gave us for free, and guided us on where to eat, where to swim, and how much to pay for taxis so we wouldn’t be overcharged. Mr. Emmanuel was truly our go-to person for everything, always ready to help at any time. We are absolutely delighted with his hospitality and cannot thank him enough. He is the person who takes care of absolutely everything, making the stay perfect.

Cons: There were a few aspects that could be improved in the villa. First, there was no coffee maker. It’s hard to understand a villa without even a simple coffee maker, as even basic rooms usually provide one. Second, the kitchen sink was rusty and lacked any space to place washed dishes or glasses. Everything was left exposed directly on the rusty sink, which was not very convenient. Third, the wardrobe for storing clothes was very old, worn, and dirty, with pieces coming off inside. For a villa of this standard, such an old and dilapidated wardrobe really shouldn’t be present. Finally, on the first day we had an issue with a rat that came out from the open trash container (Scooby-Doo). Mr. Emmanuel resolved the situation immediately the next day. The only downside is the open kitchen and trash container, which made it accessible to rodents. We understand that being in a tropical location means there are insects and small wildlife, but a small improvement, like keeping the trash container closed, could help prevent such incidents in the future. Mr. Emmanuel even provided garlic and mothballs, which helped manage the issue, but some basic infrastructure could further avoid attracting pests.

Pros: Emmanuel was amazing - such a great host, he really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. As we were arriving late on a flight we asked if he could get in some supplies of fruit, water, soda and beer which he did which was so appreciative after a long trip. The pool was great and outdoor area really good. Bed was comfortable and great air con also. The location was nice and quiet and a great start to unwind for the beginning of our trip.

Cons: The location is out of the way and hard for taxi's and Gojek to find the Villa. We tried Gojek but decided to stay with taxi's as tended to be a more reliable service. If it wasnt for the location being difficult for most to find it would have been perfect.

A beautiful Villa in a quiet and safe area

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful, ideal for a couple. It is in a quiet and safe suburban area, with a security guard at the entrance. We caught a Grab to the accommodation, which took 40 minutes (only 20 minutes in off peak traffic) for 140,000 Rp (AU$14). Emmanuel, the property caretaker, meet us there at 8 pm. He showed us around and how things worked. We walked down the street and there was a little vegan Warung (restaurant) and that had great food. There was plenty of bottled drinking water, fresh towels and toilet paper. The pool is chlorinated and well maintained.

Cons: The location is not central, so we ended up spending a bit on Grab transport to get places as we didn't hire scooters. Grab transport was frequently available, typically arriving within 5-10 minutes. That was the compromise we chose for a beautiful villa in a quiet and safe area. When we caught our Grab from the airport it was hard to find the address on the map because Grab have the property spelt incorrectly. They spell it as \

Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was amazing and a nice relaxing area. Very quiet area and well secure. Good aircon. Lots of little local shops around to buy food and other things.

Tranquil and secluded away from the world

Pros: The Villa was amazing. The host Emanuel was 1st class. He provided quality service. Him and his team were super polite. The pool and the outdoor kitchen was tranquil.

Cons: None except just a new shower head a minor issue though.

Pros: Amazing Vila with a great pool, a nice and big bedroom and bathroom and an outdoor living room + kitchen. Not to far away from the airport but with plenty of attractions nearby. On top of that highest praise to on-side staff member Emmanuel. He is very welcoming, caring and always reachable whenever there is any problem or question.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about.

This place is for couples who value privacy over location. That is nothing a Grab can’t fix. We absolutely loved it and

Pros: The Villa is amazing! Great pool, bed, outside kitchen and a great bathroom. Luggage behind bathroom is also very handy. So clean, comfortable, the best bit is the complete privacy! Internet was faultless! Emmanual and the team are brilliant. Contactable anytime and always call to check they can enter the premises to clean up and do maintenance! The two apps you need are WhatsApp and Grab and get an e-sim from the airport!

Cons: The only negative is it’s out of the way location. It’s in Nusa Dua, but far from the touristy part. When you drive into the complex it’s less than breathtaking, but once you open the gate the location is totally forgotten! You require to use a Grab (Asian version of Uber -food too) to go anywhere. You can walk the short distance to the market for essentials but that can be a huge risk as there are no footpaths and Bali roads are something truly to behold! They are not for the faint of heart! The cost for this incredible place more than compensates for the need to use a Grab. For instance Jimbarran beach is $7 ish and Kuta is about $17 ish. It takes a long time to get anywhere in Bali so give yourself lots of time!
