Incredible, 10/10, the perfect option for a couple, quiet!

Pros: The room was beautiful and the staff were so incredible. They made my birthday extremely special and were so helpful with all requests including transport and tours as needed. The shuttle into Sanur was so helpful and saved us so much hassle, and the breakfast was incredible. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again

Cons: There was a very naughty rooster next door who had a thing for early mornings! But it was so comfortable it was easy to get right back to sleep

Pros: Very prestigious stay, with lovely staff and a welcome drink. Pool is absolutely fantastic, bathroom is beautiful, smart TV in the room and good wifi.

Cons: Not exactly hotels fault but there were children in the bungalow next door and they were playing in the pool very very loudly, nowhere to escape from the noise.
