Pros: I just read a posted downgrade review that certainly was not our experience. The villa is spacious and comfortable and well designed. We were very happy. Rocky, the site manager, was very courteous and helpful 👍 The beds in both rooms are king-size and quality.

Cons: Surrounding is a lot of new build, but it really did not affect the peace in the small pool courtyard. You had to cross the busy main road if you wanted to get to Sanur beach front, bars, and restaurants, so taking a Grab scooter or having your own scooter was essential. Pros: This villa was so beautiful and the pool is very nice! It was clean and comfortable and we had a good time here. The host Rocky is a nice guy who is very helpfull and friendly. We really recommend this stay!

Great layed back villas with super helpful staff!

Pros: Very nice and cozy property. Perfect for a family or group of friends. Beds are comfy and all the amenities available. We enjoyed the slightly set back location, away from busy sites. Still very close to the beach, the busy Jl. Tamblingan, with many restaurant and shopping options, including the newer Icon Mall. And most important: Makara Dive, our dive center and the boat launch to Nusa Penida at Pantai Mertasari. Rocky (staff) was super friendly and helpful! Thanks for everything

Overall great value for money, 30-40 min walk to Sanur beach or $5 Grab (uber) drive.

Pros: Comfortable & clean beds / rooms. Pool was clean. Rocky was very good with extra water when needed. Changeover Service every 3rd day. Good amenities, however no condiments. Bring own coffee, or short walk to 24Coffee or Indomart for supplies (Nescafé)

Cons: Outdoor seating needed. Extra lounge seating or stools needed, adequate for 2 people but not 4. Need to contact guest before arrival, bit lost as how to check in. Would have been nice if made aware of daily construction noise as surrounding villas being developed.
