Overall it was a great stay, lots off room, huge bed & the staff were exceptionall

Pros: It was big well set out & we had our own private pool

Cons: It did have a few leaks although they did not impact us

Pros: Beautiful and spacious. Nothing was ever too much trouble the staff were amazing went above and beyond. They knew that 3 of us travelled and when the bbq dinner was served in our room always gave an extra drink for us all. When leaving they even packed us breakfast to eat at the airport. Just beautiful Thai you so much

A spacious, private villa experience with a fantastic pool and genuinely caring staff.

Pros: The private villa concept gives you space, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere that you do not get in a hotel. The pool was large and properly deep, perfect for actually swimming rather than just dipping. The rooftop area was a great addition and made the villa feel even more spacious. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, from check in to housekeeping and the pool bar. Everyone did their best to make the stay comfortable while still respecting privacy. The breakfast selection was just right, and overall the villa felt like a hidden gem.

not a first time we stayed there and we will be coming back

Pros: super comfortable bed and bathroom, loving the private swimming pool and location in Seminyak. Very good breakfest and in general very good service.

Cons: this time our villa was closer to the main road and it was quite noisy. In our stay before that the villa was further away and the difference in noisyness is huge.

4D3N stay at a lovely and private villa!

Pros: The villa was very safe and private. It was clean and the amenities were complete. Our room was at the end so we enjoyed taking the buggy to and fro our room. Location was good, away from the main shopping area but just a short walk away. There's a beautiful spa directly opposite the villa and many other spas, convenience stores, eateries, perfume shop etc. beside the villa. Staff were friendly and some funny too!

Cons: The breakfast variety is good but the restaurant was a bit stuffy and hot. The staff assured that the food was halal but there was no certificate or tags. Would be better to display.

Pros: Staff were amazing, breakfast was very nice. The villa was clean and comfortable.

Romantic, private and peaceful. Great for families or couples.

Pros: Private villa with pool. Large fridge. Having a Kitchen with stove and cutlery. Large Bedroom and a good sized bathroom upstairs. Staff were friendly, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. Being just minutes away from cafes, spas, and shops in Seminyak.

Cons: Not having any pots or pans to use on the stove. It becomes very hot where the living area, kitchen and pool area are. Because it’s an open plan setting with only a fan. (If the pool area was closed off it would’ve been cooler). During heavy rain water seeping down the walls where the staircase was.

Good location

Pros: location, staff is very friendly, the pool is large enough for a family of 4 people

Cons: Since we are staying in the villas at the end, when we forget something, the distance between the door and our villa is exhausting in the heat.

amazing and worth! very helpful and kind staff

Pros: The staff were so kind and helpful. They were lovely and I love the price and the location of the villa! its worth it. The security guards were realy nice too when we made a noise complaint. Its not their fault but they were proactive in telling our neighbours to reduce the noise levels.

Cons: It could be noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbours who party at the back near their pool as its not soundproof and their music could travel to the room which can interrupt the sleep

Pros: The staff where amazing super helpful nothing was ever too hard. The location was perfect close to shops, bar and spas. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing all the food was perfect and the rooftop poll was so relaxing
