Ayona Villa Seminyak by Ini Vie Hospitality

Very nice villa, and beautiful, friendly staff.

Pros: The room is beautiful, and the bed super comfy! The biggest asset is the staff, who are very kind and helpful. The other great thing is you can just use Netflix on the villa account, which makes things easier.

Cons: I’m not a big fan of Ini Vie villas unless there is a restaurant on site, because there are limited choices and the food is often prepared off site. Also the glass shower door and toilet don’t offer much privacy if someone comes to the door - would much prefer frosted glass.

Absolutely amazing

Pros: The villa was very well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared when we arrived. What really stood out was the staff—they were amazing, kind, and always available when we needed anything. Their hospitality made our stay relaxing and memorable. We would definitely return

Pros: Our stay at Ayona was absolutely exceptional. The villa itself is beautiful, the bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the overall setup of the villa is just amazing. Great breakfast and great location too! What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and genuinely went above and beyond in every way, especially Jeffry! From the moment we arrived until our final moments at checkout, he was welcoming, helpful, and consistently friendly. It truly felt like we were being looked after with so much care. If only every place had staff like this! We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Ayona 🙏🏽✨

Pros: Had a short stay at Ayona from 19-21 Dec in the private pool villa. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with lots of food options and convenient stores just outside the main road. The staffs were friendly, professional, and positive. Albeit being in the city, there were experiences being in nature with family of squirrels, lady bug, and (the more unpopular) mosquitoes and ants.

Cons: USB plugs weren’t working.

Overall we will definitely be back, the service was exceptional and the villa was gorgeous

Pros: Ayona Villa has exceptional staff that greet you every time you enter the villa, checking in to see if you need anything and how your day has been. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The villa itself is gorgeous. The perfect size for a couple with a beautiful pool, bath, kitchen area and upstairs roof top. The aircon works wonders as well!

Cons: The aircon leaked water onto the floor when being used and the kitchen roof leaked a lot when raining. The bedsheets were stained but covered over by another sheet

A private paradise

Pros: The room is your personal paradise, kitchen, living area pool bedroom and ensuite flow so well being the same area however able to separate. The best individual room I have ever had other than a large villa

Cons: The villa is located down an alley away from the Main Street however we walked in to Seminyak square every day and were on the beach in 10 min.

Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Pros: Good location, accomodating and kind staff, daily house keeping and good facilities.
