Great value for money, stunning location, get me back

Pros: The staff are amazing, helpful, kind and they made you feel safe. I loved the pool in our villa and how you could slide right out the window into the pool! I also like the close proximity to surfing beaches they are only a walk away. The restaurants at the front of the villa are excellent, cheap and very tasty!

Cons: The place could use a little love but overall you see past any maintenance issues very fast and enjoy the villa for what it is.

Beautiful, well positioned villas with great water views and amazing staff!

Pros: Villas spacious and very comfortable with great ocean views. Staff were outstanding, with particular thanks to Anik whose dedicated service insured that we felt at home, enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed to do so. Thank you!!

Pros: An exceptional property, with staff going well above and beyond

Cons: Payment was a bit clunky at the front end, but ended up being smooth with USD equivalent in AUD being able to be transferred to an Australian bank account.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and clean. The view is magnificent! The service is excellent.

Cons: The location and the narrow road - heavy traffic getting in and out of Villa to Seminyak center.

Amazing pool and views, well worth the money.

Pros: Pool has amazing views of the ocean and surrounding areas, gets full sun which is just about impossible to find normally! You can relax and listen to the waves crash from anywhere on the 2nd story! Master bedroom also has great views and mattresses were very comfortable. Villas staff were beyond amazing and the best service I have ever had before. Cannot thank them enough.

Cons: The villa is a little dated and in need of some love and improvements. As well as the garden.

Location views and front desk service 5 star

Pros: The staff are its treasure chest they are All crew 5 stars. Swimming pool ‘view is lovely’ As was sunset across road. Location is good, if happy to walk on beach difficult by road. Lots of traffic Great for friends get together Breakfast is simple but fine The new path & new beach front restaurants opening, will make it a hot spot in a year or so.

Cons: Our 2 bed Unit was dated, the villa fit out needs some modern improvements

Pros: Gorgeous villa - spotlessly clean. A haven a peace and tranquility

Cons: There was a fair walk to town - but it was worth the walk to go to sleep to the sound of the waves, and to have the sea view and quick access to the sunset bars on the beach

A gorgeous place to stay with friendly staff who looked after us perfectly

Pros: The stay was great! We loved the villa, the rooms were beautiful and the pool was stunning. The staff were friendly and went well beyond our expectations to make sure our stay was perfect. We would absolutely go back. The weather was pretty hot while we were there and it was really nice to come back to a cool room and a swim each day, oh and the beds were soo comfy.
