Great Seminyak stay in excellent location.

Pros: Greeted by staff when we arrived and helped with luggage to the villa. Made to feel at home right from the start. Breakfast options were great for the free breakfast and the attached Warung Kelor is an excellent restaurant.

Cons: All good, no problems for us.

You will love the pool

Pros: Loved the pool (approx 6.5 x 3.5ish metres). That was what made our stay pleasurable. Bedroom clean, bed was comfy, place is a little dated, but overall I would stay again. Breakfast was nice from warung next door.

Cons: Losing power during the night. All aircons not working. Staff fixed the problem (which was the hot water cooler) the next day so that was good. A bit of mould remover and CLR in the bathroom would benefit the property. Some nights a lot of traffic but bearable during the day.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff! Great pool and a really good size. Lovely gardens by the pool and around. Availability of drinking water water and fresh towels everyday was great.

Cons: Location not ideal, very noisy due to constant bike traffic 24/7. Not a lot of good restaurants around and some of the footpaths on Sunset have 1m wide holes to the sewer, not a great area was walking around. But easy to take a grab. Fittings and furniture getting a bit old and in need of repair. Would have been nice to have a little more protection from the rain between the bedrooms and kitchen area.

Excellent Seminyak stay for family.

Pros: Have stayed many times, always enjoyable. Great location and facilities, excellent hosts. The breakfasts were delicious with good choices from the Warung next door, that we have also had dinner at many times too. Highly recommended.

Pros: Made the concierge was great, very helpful and attentive. The villa was clean and all functional.

Cons: The breakfast was good but could have had some more healthy options like yogurt, granola, fruit, smoothies etc.

Relaxing Bali weekend

Pros: Great hosts, great staff. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of good choices. The Warung next door is very handy and best curries in Seminyak :-) Any issues fixed straight away. Have stayed many times, will stay many more.
