Pros: Everything! Amazing service from the moment arrived until I departed. Villa was perfect with everything you could ask for. Towels changed throughout the day with a turndown service at night. Meals and service at the restaurant were also exceptional.

No complaints

Pros: No complaints about the room. For the value you have your own private pool, place is clean and spacious.

Cons: It's not too far from the busy areas but you will need to order a grab to get into town which can be busy at times but i was aware of that. You feel more secluded in the area you are in which was peaceful.

Pros: Staff is friendly, the villa is comfortable. They provide good service and met my expectations.

Cons: Should give us more information about the promotion and activities. We only realized they have promotions with Altas beach club after we left.

We had an incredible stay at Maca Villas the facilities were so clean the food was so yummy and the staff were AMAZING

Pros: a wonderful place with attentive staff to all your needs, relatively close to Seminyak if you use a scooter. Daily cleaning, towels changed daily, they even gave us flowers on arrival and a birthday cake for my boyfriend. Their services are very good

Pros: The upgraded villa. A beautiful gorgeous spacious two storey unit. The living room , kitchen and pool were spacious and comfortable. I like the size of the pool , room , and toilet/ bathroom. Staff were friendly and accommodating..

Cons: Bathroom: water pressure can be better. Breakfast: found a little worm in my salad. I was rather mortified . The chef can take more effort to ensure hygiene of the salad leaves. Management could be better in reimbursing by giving free lunch or fruit basket.

Pros: Quiet, private and relaxing to eat at the restaurant.

Cons: No washing machine, dryer and microwave. The private pool is not for children.

Pros: We stayed in the 3 bedroom residence, what a beautiful, clean and spacious villa. Perfect for a family of 5. Great amenities with pool, cold air con, 24hr butler service and on site restaurant with some delicious meals to suit all. The staff were welcoming and friendly always greeting with a smile and happy to attend to requests and help with any plans for your holiday. Breakfast delivered to room everyday, with great selection of local dishes, western and sweet options. We had floating breakfast option one morning which was great. It is slightly out from main areas which makes it a peaceful stay and it’s easy to get a grab to Canggu or Seminyak for under $10 they also have a complimentary shuttle to Seminyak square. We had an amazing stay at this villa will be recommending to others and will definitely return when we are next in Bali.
