Gorgeous villa, beautiful friendly staff,lead by Ari

Pros: Ari and her staff were so friendly and professional, the private villa and pool was perfect size and the king bed was heavenly. Great breakfast selection but my favourite was the Dragonfruit Açaí bowl, which I had every morning.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Amazing villas and staff

Pros: The staff are very attentive, especially Ari. Really helpful with anything we needed, transfers, plans.

Cons: Sometimes the hot water goes out but this is to be expected in Bali

Pros: Loved the pool, the spacious bedroom and bathrooms and the location is great!

Cons: Maybe could fix the living room door lock for villa 5 :)

Top notch stay

Pros: The food was amazing, we spent 10 days here and tried every breakfast dish and none of them dissapointed. Staff were very accomodating, and incredibly polite. The place was clean and confortable

Cons: The wifi was fast and we had no issues on our phones, but the TVs struggled with the streaming services. Not sure if it was the internet or the TVs. As the bedroom room TV worked better than the living room TV. I mentioned it to the staff and they said to notify them when it was acting up but it didnt bother us enough to really mention again.

Pros: The villa was stunning, exactly as shown. The staff were incredible too, particularly Ari and William, nothing was ever too much and the villa were kept immaculate. Loved the location not right in the middle of Seminyak so was super quiet and peaceful but was only a few minutes ride on a bike into the main area. We can’t wait for our next trip to come and stay back here!!

Cons: The wifi wasn’t the best but this didn’t affect our stay or experience.

Staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you to each and everyone! ☺️

Pros: The property was in a central area which was good. The space was not bad but the property needs some updating. The staff were all amazing!!! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons: The property needs updating. The villa we stayed for 4 people with the deck was not well maintained. The deck was loose and broken. The rooms needed some upgrades due to the weather conditions.

Pros: Property is beautiful, perfect location too. Amenities are all included, you really only need to bring yourself. Food was delicious, make sure you mix up what you choose as all meals are lovely.

Cons: The breakfast. Two out of the 3 mornings we were missing some of our order despite what’s apping the order the previous afternoon. On the 3rd morning the time slot of 8.30am and 9am were already full ( this our own fault by only ordering breakfast at 7pm the evening before). I think breakfast could be improved by adding coffee/tea pots/ milk jug rather than covering the individual cups in cling film. Location ok, great supermarket across the road and some great restaurants within 10minute walk. We tried to avoid grabs as traffic so bad, quicker to walk.
