Pros: Spacious, had all amenities, looked amazing. Easy to access & had a nice feel. The gym was fantastic, their food available had everything on offer. And well presented, and 5 Star. They even prepared birthday celebration breakfast & cake. Very thoughtful. They helped with a phone call with an airport issue we faced departing and made that simple. Overall a fabulous place to stay, very relaxing.

Cons: A couple of issues but we’re dealt with promptly & sorted.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, close to the beach and the center . The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. They genuinely cared about how our days were going and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Astini, Kiwi, Oca, Kris, Ketut, Yoga, and also the trainees and many others, too many to name! Every single one of them took amazing care of us 💯 We truly felt at home, actually, even better than home 😆 Also the breakfast was amazing!

It was a very relaxing stay, we loved the 2 nights we had with our kids and the service we received was second to none.

Pros: We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with pool. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were impeccable and very hospitable. Couldn’t fault the staff at all.

Cons: My husband thought it lacked atmosphere. Great for a relaxing time away but he thought not for more than 2-3 nights. Would suggest live music or some entertainment at Laneway restaurant.

Immaculate villas with great services

Pros: Immaculate villas, very clean with spacious pool and living/dining areas. Staff were very welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommend the In villa BBQ. Small but serviceable gym. Great location, but with the amenities provided by Peppers, there was not a great need to explore.

Cons: Nothing. Not a negative, but the villa was slightly off the main road and a bit confusing for drivers to find.
