Phinisi Villas - Seminyak Beach

Pros: Great location, great facilities. Staff were fantastic and catered to our every needs. Pool was amazing with great sunbeds as pictured. Great to have air con and fans in all bedrooms. So good to have a bathroom for each bedroom too. Highly recommend.

Cons: Need good mobility to manage stairs to upstairs bedrooms.

Pros: Absolutely stunning.. we grabbed this on a last min Booking.com deal at 80 percent off and had an epic time enjoying the entire villa. What a special spot.

Pros: A True Balinese Gem in the Heart of the Action This villa captures the essence of traditional Balinese style—charming, authentic, and full of character. The staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. One of the highlights was enjoying a relaxing massage right at the property—pure bliss! Despite its central location, the villa is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for those who want both convenience and tranquility.

Cons: However, the villa is in need of renovation and better maintenance. There are no mosquito nets, so be prepared with repellents, especially in the evenings. With a bit of updating, this place could be truly amazing.

Stunning villa 👌

Pros: Beautiful traditional villa, close to everything, great breakfast and massages, made my parents anniversary special with petals everywhere. Best part was the pool! Beautiful

Cons: Hotel taxi charged $50usd to next hotel, too expensive. Facials weren't for me. Rustic living, nice for under 5 days

Perfect, I will come back again

Pros: The villa is breathtaking, even better than the photos. The staff is very nice and helpful, the location if perfect, walking distance from the animated part of Seminyak, yet the place is very calm and quiet at night.

Great stay that exceeded our expectations

Pros: We had an incredible stay at this villa, which exceeded our expectations in many ways. The villa’s design and interior were stunning, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was a true highlight—unlike any other we’ve seen in Bali, featuring unique see-through windows that added a special touch to our experience. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to all the nearby attractions. Ketus, the manager, and the rest of the staff were exceptional, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Cons: While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The number of mosquitoes was higher than we’ve experienced elsewhere in Asia, and unfortunately, only one bed was equipped with a mosquito net. Additionally, the internet connection was decent, though it did have a few laggy moments.

We had the most amazing family holiday.

Pros: The Villa was incredible! Lots of room for the kids to play, the pool was amazing. But the stand out was Ketut. He made our stay memorable.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Truly welcoming, relaxing and accommodating is how I would sum up the way Ketut and his staff made us feel.

Pros: The staff are attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had daily breakfast cooked for us in our villa which was so filling and the best way to start the day. The location was excellent. Easy walk to shops and flea market. The beach too was only a 3 minute stroll. So many places to eat out at within walking distance too and if you are not able to do the 10 walk there is always scooters and taxis for $10 or less.

Cons: I really enjoyed my stay and loved the decor. Some aspects are tiered and could be improved so if you are a picky traveler and like to complain go stay at a big chain resort.

Pros: Heaps of space and towels. The lounge had a projector tv and the pool connected to the living area was amazing
