A Hidden Retreat

Pros: The location is good. Quiet neighbourhood, yet a short walk to the supermarket and other shops for supplies etc. Made was wonderful and communicated well for any needs. i stayed by myself and felt safe and secure. I worked from the property and whilst I knew there was no desk, I was happy to sit on the floor just to stay at the villa, but a desk would have been a bonus for sure. I would love to return for longer next time, as I was truly relaxed by the time I left.

This is our second stay at this Seminyak gem. Highly recommend.

Pros: Perfect location, lovely interior, great kitchen, a fabulous pool and wonderful, attentive staff.

Pros: Exceeded the photos, the property was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The owner and the housemaid were both extremely helpful and friendly which made our stay easy and even more enjoyable!

Pros: We had a great stay at Villa Obao. The location is excellent with a big supermarket as well as restaurants and shops in walking distance. The villa offers lots of privacy and a calm atmosphere to relax. The staff was really sweet and helpful.

Cons: There were many mosquitos inside and around the house, but we protected ourselves with mosquito repellent and didn’t have many bites.

Perfect tucked away Villa for a couple or solo travellers

Pros: Liked everything about the Villa. A little alice of paradise right in the middle of seminyak. Staff ( Made ) was very helpful & service was spot. Kylie the owner was also easy to reach out to when i needed to extend an extra day stay for a great price too. Overall i would stay again for sure.

Beautiful Villa and welcoming owner

Pros: Mike went of of his way to come and let us in as his villa manager was out for a ceremony, his attention to making us feel welcome was more than we could have asked, We look forward to staying again on our next bali holiday

Cons: Nothinf it was perfect

Pros: Walking distance to everything you need Very private ! Very clean ! We loved our stay , house keeper Made was so good at communicating with us before/on arrival and helpful suggesting activities

Pros: The villa was spotless and just like the photos. It’s close to the main shopping area but still offers a peaceful escape from the noise. The design of the villa was beautiful, with modern decor that flowed perfectly throughout. The outdoor area was a real highlight, especially the pool, which was well-integrated into the space. Everything tied together perfectly, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Ideal for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish retreat.

Stylish and well appointed retreat for couples

Pros: Fabulous interior design, private pool at good temperature (due to all day sun), coffee pods, fruit and some drinks provided free. Our manager Made was so helpful and kind, very accomodating with transport and check-in/check-out times. Communications with the owner Kylie was great with quick, obliging responses.

Cons: Not having a really comfortable indoor sofa or lounge chair to relax and read in....the banquette style seating with squabs didn't quite work for us although they looked really attractive! (But that is probably just a personal preference ;) )

Perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

Pros: The privacy, location, pool, safety, the attention to detail and the assistance from Made, all had us feeling like it was our home away from home.

Cons: If I am being picky, the dim lighting in the bathroom and no smoke alarm.
